Every industry is affected by how well it is managed. Quality indicators and problems with the production of quality products are specific to each sector, including the hospitality industry. Satisfaction with the needs of guests is the main task of any hotel, therefore, hospitality industry enterprises are interested not only in providing accommodation services, but also in organizing their leisure time and providing additional services. The article substantiates the importance of the participation of domestic resorts in the tourism business, presents the results of this process, and considers the importance of the participation of natural potential in a hotel enterprise. The purpose of this article is to consider and study the advantages of Russian resorts over foreign ones, as well as to study the popularity of Russian regions as more attractive for recreation among Russians. The article sets an urgent task and substantiates the important role of the development of a medical base with a complex of diagnostic and therapeutic services for guests during their stay at the resort. In the framework of this article, I will try to first touch on the concept of the \"all inclusive\" system, the role of health and wellness services in the hotel, as well as the national project for the development of this industry, to give as an example some of the existing Russian resorts and wellness hotel complexes, and then move on to the resort attractiveness rating for Russian tourists. People want to take care of the environment, but accommodation in standard tents is not always suitable for a comfortable stay. The client is looking for comfort, but does not want to spoil the natural environment, and this opportunity is provided by a combination of environmental friendliness of camping and the comfort of a hotel, namely glamping. The article provides detailed statistics on the number of glampings in the Russian Federation, examples of successful implementation of glamping projects. Also, special attention is paid to the project of grant support for business, which is engaged in the construction of glampings.
