The Internet accounting system described in this paper consists of a three-tier structure: Web, application and database servers. The accounting system provides complete accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchase order, sales order, inventory management, fixed assets, temporary payment, multi-users, multi-currencies, multi-companies, and multi-languages allowing customer relation management, partner relation management, supply chain management and performance analysis. MIS problems are quite different from the travelling salesman problems (TSP) etc., in which no concept of \"path or order\" exists in its solutions. Based on such characteristics, the ant colony optimization heuristic is modified in this paper in the following ways: (i) a new computation method for heuristic information is adapted; (ii) the pheromone update rule is augmented; (iii) a complement solution construction process is designed. An improved evolutionary strategy algorithm, immunity clonal strategy algorithm (ICS), which includes immunity monoclonal strategy algorithm (IMSA) and immunity polyclonal strategy algorithm (IPSA), is put forward. Compared with the classical evolutionary strategy algorithm (CES), ICS is shown to be an evolutionary strategy capable of solving complex machine learning tasks, like multi-objective optimization, and the results are better. We found that with this prototype, we could build an automatic network management system with good security and mobility. By exploiting the conceptual hierarchy of the WordNet (G. Miller, 1995) knowledge base, we show how to effectively encode the conceptual information in a document using the semantic information implied by the words that appear within it. For one kind of image with salient object feature, such as portraits, the object region is more important than other parts. In this paper, we propose a watermarking scheme using image object region, in which we exploit DWT to decompose the image and cluster the high-frequency wavelet coefficients to obtain the embedding domain of the watermarks. In this domain, we embed watermarks based on quantization modulation. Experiments show that this scheme can embed watermarks into important visual region, and consequently it can resist crop attack. DSR tries to simulate the gradually transferring mechanism in people's information evaluation process, capture the structure of a data set and retrieve its intrinsic dimensionality. Dissimilarities between objects are first obtained from Vector Space Model (VSM) and then a low-dimensional space is reconstructed by the nonlinear technique Isomap. In the space, Euclidean distance between the associated vectors of two arbitrary objects well represents the dissimilarity between them in sense of evaluation. The CMAP filter can reduce the influence of the speckle better, but the detail of the image is lost greatly. Wavelet transform can keep the detail of the image well, but the effect of reducing the speckle is not good. In this paper, we fuse the two results of these two filter methods according to a certain fusion rule. Immunity mix algorithm (IMA) is brought forward in this paper. IMA mostly makes use of the advantages of classical optimization searches, and speedup the convergence. Astringency of ICOA is proved with the analysis process of genetic algorithm's astringency. The advantage and disadvantage of immunity clone strategies is analyzed in this paper.
