The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula with a result of 100, taken based on the Probability sampling technique, more precisely Random sampling. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires, and documentation.Based on the results of the questionnaire on the Role of Regional Government Towards the Implementation of Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2014 concerning Drug Prevention and Prevention in the District of Maritengngae, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The role of the regional government obtained an average percentage of 47.68% included in the category of \"Good Enough\". Implementation of regional regulations averaged a percentage of 39.7% and was in the \"Poor\" category. Internal factors that influence the role of local governments are on average a percentage of 31% and are in the \"Poor\" category. The population in this study was 384 farming communities where the sampling used was Simple Random Sampling, with Simple Random Sampling techniques with a total sample of 79 farming communities, this study used a Quantitative Descriptive Method. Data collection techniques are used through observation, questionnaires, and library studies. Data analysis techniques used are frequency tabulation analysis, and linear regression analysis using SPSS 21.0 for windows.The results of this study indicate that the average percentage of community participation in Teteaji Village was 61.6% in the good category and the construction of farm road infrastructure in the Teteaji Village was 70.2% in the good category. To find out the magnitude of the effect of community participation on the construction of farm road infrastructure in Teteaji Village, Tellu Limpoe District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, namely by looking at the value of R2 or R square. The results from the Model Summary table, in this section, the value of R = 0.896 and the coefficient of RSquare determination or R2 are 0.955. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling technique with a total sample of 46 people. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. Quantitative data analysis techniques used are frequency tabulation analysis and simple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program.Based on the results of the processing of multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 16.0 for windows, the influence of Organizational Culture (X.1) on Employee Performance (Y) is calculated t value 0.969 <t table = 1.680 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 with a percentage of 54%. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling technique with a total sample of 23 people. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. Quantitative data analysis techniques used are frequency tabulation analysis and simple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 16.0 for windows and Likert Scale programs.Based on the results of the questionnaire, the recapitulation of the variable implementation of government policy was obtained, measured through appropriate policy indicators, appropriate implementers, right targets, right environment, and appropriate processes, 41% included in the \"good enough\" category. The recapitulation of the disciplinary variables of the state civil apparatus is measured through indicators of time discipline, regulatory discipline, responsibility discipline, 33% included in the \"less good\" category. The population and sample in this study were customers who used pawn credit services as many as 97 people and used saturated sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The collected data were then analyzed using frequencyandpercentagetables. The results showed that the effectiveness of employee performance in the service of providing pawn loans at the Pangkajene Branch Service Unit of the Pangkajene Branch Office of Sidenreng Rappang Regency was good with an average percentage of 85.25%. Results of this research shows that the role of village government in the community empowerment in agriculture in the village Bulo Wattang Panca Rijang District Sidenreng Rappang with a cumulative result of 64% categorized as \"good\".
