Although there has been a consensus on the attributes of game virtual property, how to criminalize related behaviors still lacks relative basic theory and has certain difficulties. The transfer of possession in the crime of theft and the cognitive error in the crime of fraud has different performances in the specific crime of infringing game virtual property. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the nature of behaviors from the perspective of dogmatics. On the basis of theoretical analysis, it helps to clear the imputation paths of theft, fraud and the crime of illegally obtaining computer information systems from different behavioral perspectives, and determines the amount of crime and the level of sentencing.","PeriodicalId":380947,"journal":{"name":"BCP Social Sciences & Humanities","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115274957","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With the help of Freud’s psychoanalysis, Laura Mulvey analyzes the interweaving of erotic pleasure in film, its meaning, and the central place of the image of the woman. At the same time, the improvement of film technology and photography methods provide more chances for female spectators to seek pleasure as counterparts in films. The lesbian film is a category that crosses many film genres and highlights female subjectivity. Both female characters and spectators can be the subject of different kinds of gaze, looking at others while experiencing the story about a woman’s affection. Based on Freud’s psychoanalysis and Laura Mulvey’s theory, this paper analyzes how camera language embodies the female gaze in Céline Sciamma’s esbian film Portrait of a Lady on Fire (2019). The study of interaction among the camera, the character, and the spectator is of great significance in the realization of the female gaze, which can be inspired for future films, especially feminist films, to stress the value of female roles and pay attention to female spectators’ emotions.","PeriodicalId":380947,"journal":{"name":"BCP Social Sciences & Humanities","volume":"120 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124699319","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Emerging particularly after Deng Xiaoping’s 1992 speech establishing a socialist market economy, consumer culture as a new social and cultural trend steadily impacted the logic of artistic production. As an all-encompassing product of commodity, art, and ideology, the film depicts the transformation of the social and cultural environment from the standpoint of internal aesthetic awareness, interpretation, and text forms to exterior distribution and consumption. The emergence of consumer culture in the 1990s caused the dissolution of the meta-narrative of the 1980s, and the focus on grand themes such as collectivity, nationalism, class, and history has shifted to everyday life. Artistic creativity has sought convergence with the aesthetic sensibilities of the public while expressing subjective awareness. Against the cultural background of Chinese art production in the 1990s, this paper interprets the unique cultural characteristics of Chinese films of the period and investigates the expression of feminism in films, investigating the consumer turn, the emergence of popular culture, and the change in cultural discourse power in an effort to uncover new trends and developments in Chinese film.","PeriodicalId":380947,"journal":{"name":"BCP Social Sciences & Humanities","volume":"50 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125477845","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The economic success of Japan in the second half of the 20th century is visible. After World War II's end, Japan's economy was destroyed entirely, and the industrial system also collapsed. Tokyo was burned to the ground during the air attack, and Mount Fuji could be seen from anywhere in Tokyo. Still, as a defeated country, it chased after western developed nations with an astonishing speed and had remarkable success, making scholars wonder about why Japan's high-speed development. Since the idea that the economy is the foundation of national development has become common sense, scholars continually argue about the best method to develop the economy. In the second half of the 20th century, Neoliberalism flourished gradually and dominated the mainstream in the west. However, the \"Miracle of Japan's economy\" proved to the world that statism and the political economy also could bring remarkable success to socioeconomic development with great competitiveness. Therefore, studying the \"Miracle of Postwar Japan's Economy\" is vital because it provides a more comprehensive view for scholars and reveals the truth that the economy's success is multipath. In the article, the author focuses on two Japanese policies on the economy to explore their influence and result. The first policy is \"Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act\", and the other is the \"Inclined Production Mode\". This article believes Japan's success in the postwar period resulted from political economy.","PeriodicalId":380947,"journal":{"name":"BCP Social Sciences & Humanities","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122737026","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Generally, the public believes that joining the WTO can help countries integrate into global development. However, under many WTO reform items, whether small economies can preserve their economic benefits without being impacted by strong competition from foreign countries has become a question worth exploring. This analysis explains a series of consequences brought by Ukraine after the economic policy reform from deregulation, state-owned enterprises reform, and government procurement advocated by the WTO in the perspective of constructivism and indicates the pros and cons of the removal of trade barriers on the social and economic development of small economies like Ukraine.","PeriodicalId":380947,"journal":{"name":"BCP Social Sciences & Humanities","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122589221","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Indeed, the American press, represented by the Washington Post, played a pioneering role in exposing the Watergate scandal. In this context, media journalists showed a clear bias towards collective memory choices. On the one hand, in the face of strong government pressure, journalists continued to report the facts and to uncover the truth with objectivity, truthfulness and accuracy. On the other hand, as the years passed, the media's understanding of the Watergate scandal updated and changed, and collective memory did not remain unchanged. For contemporary China, the prominence of the press in fulfilling its role as a watchdog over the government leads us to reflect on the ability of the media, journalists and civil servants to carry out their duties.","PeriodicalId":380947,"journal":{"name":"BCP Social Sciences & Humanities","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129532943","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

More than 5,000 banks in the United States announced closure, and more than 80,000 businesses filed for bankruptcy as a direct result of the Great Depression. Everyone was drowning in the woes of being unemployed. However, Hollywood movies provided a pastime for people who were suffering every day during the Great Depression. Although the 1930s was the worst time for the U.S. economy, it was the golden age of Hollywood. The 1930s to the late 1940s are referred to as the Golden Age of Hollywood, in which Hollywood dominated the film industry. Women on screen have many images, but all these female portraits cannot be separated from men. Women's life at that time was inextricably linked with men's. This paper analyzes women's images from the Golden Age of Hollywood movies. The purpose is to explain how the portrayal of women on screen reflects the status of women in society at the time and what factors led to such a portrayal of women on screen. The paper found that the most impactful factors are women's jobs taken by men during the Great Depression, the dominant social consciousness of masculinity, and the desire for male voyeurism.","PeriodicalId":380947,"journal":{"name":"BCP Social Sciences & Humanities","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130560760","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The term, which is also referred to as new racism, postmodern racism, neo-racism, and differentialist racism, generally refers to the form of racism that deems one racial group superior over another based on cultural differences, not biological differences. Biological racism believes racial superiority is determined based on physical and genetic features. The study takes an in-depth analysis of the process in which the backlash of World War II and following social movements caused the shift from biological racism to cultural racism. Cultural racism functions the same way as biological racism. Cultural stereotypes and associated identities are used as justifications for racial discrimination. In Europe, cultural racism presents itself in the form of European cultural superiority, justifying discrimination and exclusion of immigrants and refugees. In South Africa, cultural racism is used to rule under the system of Apartheid and continue anti-black racism. In the United States, cultural racism combines with stereotypical cultural stereotypes to maintain the racist status quo and hide the racial reality of the country.","PeriodicalId":380947,"journal":{"name":"BCP Social Sciences & Humanities","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126531838","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
