However, at this time its existence has not been seen optimally, this is due to the lack of Posyandu implementers and managers in understanding the existence of Posyandu, so that reports on Posyandu activities that should be carried out in stages have not been carried out optimally, besides that there is still an assumption that Posyandu belongs to Health people. The objectives of the service activities are: Understanding Geber Madu Ayu, Joint Movement for Advancing Posyandu in Indramayu Regency. Methods: lectures, discussions and simulations. \u0000The results of the activity: All management of the Posyandu, Village Working Group, District Pokjanal and District Posyandu Pokjanal understand the importance of the Joint Movement to Promote Integrated Service Posts (Posyandu) in Indramayu Regency. Conclusion: The Joint Movement to establish a posyandu in Indramayu has been received and received a good response from stakeholders. Performance measurement is based on the function of the work area and allowances is a useful tool in the effort to achieve the goal. Through the assessment process work areas and allowances can provide objective assessment in the achievement of the performance of the device, so it helps in management decision making. This type of research is quantitative by using a sample of 91 devices in Jetis Mojokerto. This source of research data obtained from the respondents' answers on the questionnaire were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the first hypothesis is empirically proven that working areas and allowances simultaneously significant effect on the performance of the device in Jetis Mojokerto. Further testing in partial work area has no significant effect on the performance of the device, but the office allowances significant effect on the performance of the device in Jetis Mojokerto. PT. Djinawi is a self-focused contractor company in optimalizing its human resources assets by adapting the empowerment to be successful in market competition. Such adapting of empowerment is viewed from four psychological empowerment dimensions that had been introduced by Spreitzer. Those foour dimensions are meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact. If all of these four dimensions, e.g., meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact is felt by employees, then the empowerment process will go through in good condition. This research used a holistic single case study, by using the technique of data collection by interview, direct-observation, and internal data of company. For the needs of mapping, a pra-case study had been carried out. From this research, it revealed that the adapting of empowerment can go through well, which viewed from the four dimensions, e.g, meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact that has been felt by employees. In line with it, from the triangulation may be obtained that the respondents also expressed some obstacles in project staff level. The purpose of this study is to find factors that exist in the service quality cafe business and know the dimensions of service quality are the most influential in the Internet service industry. The method used in the analysis is descriptive analysis Statistik, T test and regression analysis. With the object of a study internet cafes in Malang. From the results of research to know If construct originally by parasuraman etall initially 22 items consisting of 5 dimensions constituent, on a case study in the cafe reduced to 9 items, Gaps on Internet services as measured by the concept servqual. Produce a measure of quality service at the internet cafe. In this study the gaps in the service quality dimensions sequentially from the largest value to the smallest value is Assurance (-1.1115), Empathy (-1.0732), Responsiveness (-0.7834), Tangible (-0.1847) and Reliability (0.0191). Value of r = 1 = 100% means that the quality of service on Internet service can be described by the five constituent dimensionsthat is, empathy, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, and tangible.
