In the post-Covid-19 scenario, the significant importance of the web has increased, and becoming the primary source to access information. From the perspective of healthcare services, healthcare institute websites such as hospital or clinical points webpages are primary sources to get healthcare information for the users. Especially in this post-COVID-19 scenario, it becomes essential to analyze the accessibility of healthcare institute webpages for users with special needs. This paper presents an approach to computing the accessibility barrier of healthcare institute webpages to facilitate access to the web for persons with disabilities. The accessibility barrier computation approach has experimented with fifteen (15) healthcare institute webpages in Hungary, considering hospital and clinical points. The experimented result depicts that none of the selected healthcare webpages is barrier-free. It emphasizes the importance of the future contribution of research.","PeriodicalId":376545,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 1st International Conference on Internet of Digital Reality (IoD)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126961301","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Users browse its web pages frequently to access information about these technological products. Surprisingly, web pages of these assistive technologies are not free from accessibility issues that arise serious accessibility violations. Therefore, in this study, we evaluated the AT webpage content concerning the accessibility issues of people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). ASD users have several issues that make it difficult to interact with web content. We evaluate seven AT webpages through our proposed accessibility issues identification algorithm. The proposed algorithm can identify accessibility issues related to webpage language, internal and external links, image tags/text alternatives, and content text. We evaluate the experiment result through statistical analysis. The experimental result depicts that image tags/text alternatives and content accessibility-related issues are frequent violations in the experimented AT webpages. The experiment result shows the effectiveness of the proposed approach that might be beneficial for the people with autism and associate authorities of AT webpages.","PeriodicalId":376545,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 1st International Conference on Internet of Digital Reality (IoD)","volume":"180 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133924926","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Limitations depend on the applied technologies in these frequency bands. With the help of cellular networks, BVLOS (Beyond Visual Line of Sight) UAV operations can be realized with increased safety. Unfortunately, base stations used in cellular networks target the lower, near-earth layers of air space. In case of drones, coverage in higher layers must be planned. Test procedures used in residential mobile network measurements record the quality parameters of the network measured on foot or by vehicle. Furthermore, the device carrying the measurement setup can cause serious interference with the measurement results. This paper presents current measurement methods and a concept for a solution to apply the measurement devices to an UAV. This new measurement method is correspondingly fit in the conception of IoD conference. We are executed the measurements by our own newly developed UAV system which can be a substitute solution of the walking measurements. Furthermore it provides opportunity to measurement some of that new layers of the air that have not had a chance before. Also, this innovation gives us the opportunity to perform measurements that have been difficult and dangerous so far, much easier and safer than before, without the need for human contact. In addition, measurements with drones have given a new perspective to the world of measurement methods.","PeriodicalId":376545,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 1st International Conference on Internet of Digital Reality (IoD)","volume":"87 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114359139","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, we focus on a specific challenge that we expect will be crucial in making advances in this field: namely, the challenge of developing an effective search method that is personalized, adaptive and associative. As a possible solution to this challenge, we propose a graph-tensor based information model that incorporates the history of search keywords and inferred associations between them across potentially multiple search dimensions. We provide a brief discussion on why we assume this model to have advantageous properties and provide a short use-case example to motivate further research.","PeriodicalId":376545,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 1st International Conference on Internet of Digital Reality (IoD)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125933809","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Currently, the standardization of drone EMC measurements is not yet fully established. These products are usually tested according to EN 55032, EN 55024, EN 64000-4-3 and EN 61000-4-8, while the scope of these standards is not UAV specific. The focus of this paper is on the testability of UAV emission and immunity from various aspects. The main goal of this paper is to initiate discussions regarding UAV specific conditions to describe measurement setups, conditions, and limitations suitable to drones. First, the UAV and the test environment shall be prepared from safety ant testability point of view. These aspects and recommended conditions - e.g., drone fastening, applying artificial load, and emulating the Earth's magnetic field - are explained in this paper. While the drones are assembled from CE certified components, the whole product requires a system level validation. The test conditions, limits, and stress levels shall be aligned to the specific environment an UAV might be exposed to. An initiative study aiming to describe the UAV exclusive electromagnetic conditions are also presented here. Additionally, several key aspects for EMC engineering of UAV's are also discussed in this paper, mainly focusing on functionality relevant EMC issues and solutions.","PeriodicalId":376545,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 1st International Conference on Internet of Digital Reality (IoD)","volume":"136 2","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132781604","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There are more and more sensors, cameras, vision systems and barcodes in the production area, as a result of which the number of data recorded during manufacturing and assembly operations is growing extremely fast. The interpretation and processing of such production-type data by humans is believed less effective. In the Big Data domain, machine learning is playing an increasingly important role within data mining. This paper focuses on the product change processes of semi-automatic assembly line batch production and examines the impact of changes on Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and attempts to determine future values through supervised machine learning. Using decision tree, the effect on the OEE value can be predicted with an accuracy of up to 1%. Since the beginning, the flexible semantic self-recognition of intelligent devices has been a challenge. The traditional solution is to provide a centralized source of semantic descriptions (in parameter servers or external sources). This paper introduces a graph-like binary format for machine-to-machine information exchange to efficiently index and process graph-based data at each endpoint. The exchanged graphs, which are represented as multidimensional tensors, are based on the formal theory of hypergraphs, allowing for the description of associations between not just two, but multiple modalities. We show in addition that hierarchical information is also compatible with this hypergraph-based formalism. Thus, structured information can be shared between intelligent entities, using the proposed format, to share information for reasoning, planning (e.g., motion planning in robotics), as well as environment representation. A further motivation includes the description of vision data by providing semantic information that can be rewritten in interpretable form for the target visualization engine.","PeriodicalId":376545,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 1st International Conference on Internet of Digital Reality (IoD)","volume":"468 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116787634","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
