The aim of this paper is to propose the use of a simple, cheap and easy technique for mid range wireless power transfer. The various technologies available so far for wireless transmission of electricity and the need for a wireless system of energy transmission are discussed here. The main problem is how power is transferred wirelessly without any bad effect on environment and human. The core of the used technology is making use of the magnetic resonance concept for transmitting the power wirelessly. Electric power is transferred at a frequency of about 100 kHz in a medium distance range to light on a 3 watt lamp making use of resonance. An impedance compensating network is used to achieve maximum power transfer. The practical results are very close to these obtained using the mathematical model and the theoretical calculations. The advantages, disadvantages and new applications of Witricity are enumerated.","PeriodicalId":375443,"journal":{"name":"2015 5th International Conference on Information & Communication Technology and Accessibility (ICTA)","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122489076","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The significance of regression testing have grown in the past decade with the amplified adoption of agile development methodologies, which requires the execution of regression testing at the end of each release. In this paper, we present an automated agile regression testing approach that reduces the number of test cases to be used at regression phase depending on the similarity of issues exposed from the different test cases, taking into consideration the user story coverage. It then prioritizes the reduced test cases using user-provided weighted agile parameters. The proposed approach achieves enhancement for both the reduction and prioritization of test cases for agile regression testing.","PeriodicalId":375443,"journal":{"name":"2015 5th International Conference on Information & Communication Technology and Accessibility (ICTA)","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121278101","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The proposed algorithm is assigned to be implemented on an SPMD (Single Program Multiple Data) architecture which is based on a cooperative mobile agent model. It is constituted by a set of mobile agents as AVPEs (Agent Virtual Processing Elements) in order to improve the processing resources needed for performing the big data image segmentation. In this work we focused on the application of this algorithm to process the big data MRI (Magnetic Resonance Images) image. The input image is splitted into elementary images by the Mobile Team leader Agent and encapsulated one per AVPE. Each AVPE perform and exchange the segmentation results and maintain asynchronous communication with their Team leader agent until the convergence of this algorithm. The obtained experimental results in terms of accuracy and efficiency analysis of the proposed distributed implementation are achieved thanks to the mobile agents several interesting skills introduced in this distributed computational model.","PeriodicalId":375443,"journal":{"name":"2015 5th International Conference on Information & Communication Technology and Accessibility (ICTA)","volume":"104 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133450686","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In fact, in most cases, the real datasets lead to a very large number of association rules, which does not allow users to make their own selection of the most relevant. The searching of the best from the vast array of extracted rules require the identification and use of good measures or techniques of choice. Partial panoramas of these are presented in numerous publications. In this context, we propose a new approach to selecting relevant categories of association rules based on multi criteria analysis using association rules as actions and measures as criteria.","PeriodicalId":375443,"journal":{"name":"2015 5th International Conference on Information & Communication Technology and Accessibility (ICTA)","volume":"101 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117261808","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

After more than 60 years of research, the representation of speech has not exceeded the representation of the content (standard MPEG7). This paper presents a step towards a standard semantic indexing of continuous speech (indexing by the sense). The index is presented based on the meaning of the elements (Verbs, Names) of the sentences. Also other information that we can extract from speech. The index will be simpler and more meaningful. We tried not to use any external source to represent the meaning, which makes it more difficult and need resources that not in mostly exist. Also it focuses only on the speech, making specific and effective index, and because the speech she is rich enough to have its own standard. This work presents a step towards our goal of a standard semantic indexing continuous speech.","PeriodicalId":375443,"journal":{"name":"2015 5th International Conference on Information & Communication Technology and Accessibility (ICTA)","volume":"65 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127667902","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There are 360 million people (328 million adults and 32 million children) worldwide who have disabling hearing loss (Over 5% of the world's population) (WHO, 2015). Disabling hearing loss refers to hearing loss greater than 40 decibels (dB) in the better hearing ear in adults and a hearing loss greater than 30 dB in the better hearing ear in children(WHO, 2015). The majority of people with disabling hearing loss live in low- and middle-income countries (WHO, 2015). This work presents a mobile application that aims to make the communication between the deaf and other people easy, thus helping them to be more productive and better integrated into their communities.","PeriodicalId":375443,"journal":{"name":"2015 5th International Conference on Information & Communication Technology and Accessibility (ICTA)","volume":"355 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122763280","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Linking instances from different data sources that denote the same real-world object present a challenge for Linked Data. For ontological data integration and sharing, especially with rapid development of linked data, automatically instance matching has been become the fundamental issue. In this paper, we propose a new instance matching approach. The proposed method is based on the discriminative property values. Only the similar instances which have similar discriminative property values are selected to compare their descriptive property values. Two types of link will be established between similar instances SameAs and the proposed novel link ViewSameAs. This link is established between instances which have similar discriminative property values and dissimilar descriptive property values. It aims to save the initial result of our matching process.","PeriodicalId":375443,"journal":{"name":"2015 5th International Conference on Information & Communication Technology and Accessibility (ICTA)","volume":"51 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129181889","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In addition, the domain model reuse rate is very low in various application systems, and hardness to guarantee the consistency between designs and codes. Therefore, to solve these problems, we need an approach aiming to automate the modelling and the coding processes in e-assessment system. The present study describes in the first step an approach for integrating e-assessment functionalities of candidate LMS systems into a generalized e-assessment process. The next step consists of defining the resulting e-assessment process as a composite cloud service allowing flexibility and interoperability between any LMS e-assessment.","PeriodicalId":375443,"journal":{"name":"2015 5th International Conference on Information & Communication Technology and Accessibility (ICTA)","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127152341","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The first focus of our work is to propose a new approach to simulate the facial expressions. The proposed approach consists of two parts: the first one consists of creating the in between images and this by combining image deformation model and a color change. The second part is responsible to generate a video sequence from the obtained images. In our approach we will treat the case of puffing of the cheeks, so, we calculate the color of each pixel of an image, and as a first step we used the Phong illumination model.
