Through participant observation, this study employs a qualitative descriptive technique. The subjects of the study included the Head of the Private Islamic Religious College, Deputy Chair III for Student Affairs and Quality Assurance, and the administrative / staff section of the private Islamic religious college in Kopertais Region XIII Jambi. Observation, interviews, and documentation are all used to acquire data. Data analysis using the Miles and Huberman approach, which includes data reduction, data display, and verification or conclusion drawing. A qualitative approach allows us to know the subject more directly and intimately. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation. The Miles and Hubermen model was used to analyze the data used in this analysis. This study used a correlation research method with an ex-post facto research design. The population in this study were all teachers in private high schools in Sekayu District, Musi Banyuasin Regency which consist of 48 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques. In order to hold quality education, every educational program should fulfill the standard of accreditation policies Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri. Hence, this research aimed (1) to investigate MTsN accreditation policy, (2) to investigate the implementation of MTsN accreditation policy, (3) to examine the monitoring and evaluation of MTsN accreditation policy, and (4) to examine creative and innovative ideas of the implementation of MTsN accreditation policy. This research employed a qualitative approach with a Case Study method. However, studies on monitoring the growth of eye diseases in students of the southern regions of Kazakhstan, which are necessary for conducting appropriate monitoring, are currently lacking. In this regard, the goal was set to conduct a study among students of biological specialties, as future teachers of biology, on the knowledge of the problems of the visual system as a basis for the subsequent introduction of a methodology to improve the dynamics of growth of eye diseases in students into the course of Human Physiology. Referring to the concept of Entrepreneurial Based University, leaders can create effective entrepreneurship development programs in the frame of spiritual religious. This research aims to determine, understand and analyze the management of university teachers in West Sumatra province in developing student entrepreneurship. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of study conducted at the State University of Padang (UNP), West Sumatra Province, Indonesia. The data source of this study from 6 people, principal, 3 teachers and 2 student organizations. The method used descriptive qualitative and applied observation, documentation and interviews. The results showed that 1) the teacher's strategy in solving students' misbehavior is through struggles and countermeasures such as making school rules and penalties for students who do misbehavior; 2) the preventive action taken by the teacher is to always advise and remind the students of delinquency in school in advance. The results of the study approved the Principal's strategy and the role of the teacher to improve teacher’s professionalism through digital literacy run effectively. Some of the strategies used by principals include completing facilities and targets that can support digital literacy, strengthening literacy through e-Learning, school strategies by sending teachers and education personnel to get seminars, training, or technical assistance and helping Teacher Working Groups or Groups Principal's Work. The data sources of this research were the principal, teachers and students of SD Negeri 01 Pulau Rimau. The method used qualitative and applied interviews, documentation and observation as instruments.
