This can help us find out the heaviest users, most popular web sites and so on.Our work focus on packet count heavy hitters finding problem , especially suite for Some attacks such as SYN flood and port scans. These kind of anomaly will not occupy much bandwidth, but still can affect the Internet seriously. A major difficulty with detecting heavy hitters on a high-speed monitoring point is that the traffic volume can contain millions of flows. So we present a threshold sampling technique. It can select large ones prior to small ones.Meanwhile, it can control the resources consumed by adjusting the threshold. The main procedures of this method is the source IP address base packet count aggregating and sorting. They significantly improve query processing time by utilizing low-cost Boolean operations and multiple index scans, executing queries by performing simple predicate conditions on the index level before going to the primary data source. To optimize existing Encoded Bitmap Index, in this paper, we apply a data mining technique called frequent itemsets mining to find a well-defined encoding scheme, leading to improve query processing time. Presently, PKI Administration always adopts the method of Certificate Revocation List ('CRL') to summarize the invalidation certificate. However, the biggest bottleneck of CRL application is the high peak value requirement rate for CRL storage, which will require the hardware unit with high performance but expensive price. The paper attempted to refine the CRL issuing mechanism in network structure based on the distributive concept of P2P network and then put forward a new issuing mechanism, distributive CRL issuing. Multimedia streaming is more significant than downloading ways in multimedia applications from bandwidth and delay reasons. Multimedia contents are in nature distributed in nodes of grid. Streaming media are still not well resolved in grid environment. This thesis proposes an agent-based framework for grid called GridMSS. The main characteristics of that are highlighted by its promising QoS supporting such as accessibility, low latency and reliability, its flexibility and packet allocation mechanisms of nodes. Here an agent searches for requested contents by communicating with other agents and in order to retrieve contents related to users' query without delay, an allocation algorithm is performed according to available bandwidth of each node. GridMSS provides a high performance contents streaming framework for a large population of users and ensures the QoS in terms of accessibility, low latency and reliability. The proposed micro-transducer is applied in an audio beam loudspeaker for mobile communication devices. At present, most of the portable productspsila energy supply are provided by battery, so the power consumption of the pMUT has been attracted more attention. To obtain optimum design parameters and to predict the power consumption of the transducer before actual fabrication, finite element analysis (FEA) simulations utilizing CoventorWare were performed. The transducer model is analyzed using piezoelectric and electrical simulation. Combined with Butterworth Van Dyke (BVD) circuit and mathematical calculation, it is found that the maximum power consumption of one transducer is about to 0.4W. They also want to put some limitation on the usage of their resources. For this purpose they specify resource usage policies. These policies are different for different type of users and group of people. To submit a job, user first selects resources, required for the execution of the job using semantic matchmaker and then submits the job. Policies are enforced with respect to user at resource provider end. Now before submitting job user has no idea whether he is allowed to use the required resources and services with their respective functionalities. As a result of which user job may be rejected to execute and prior selection effort is wasted. This dissipates user time. In order to overcome this, in this paper we propose a Policy-Based Semantic Resource Matchmaker (PBSRM) that has a semantic knowledge base of Grid resources and services as well as their usage policies. Policies optimize the discovery process. A policy analyzer enforces these policies in the discovery process with respect to different types of users. It also helps to control the actions that user wants to perform on the services. Now by using PBSRM resource users get only those resources and services for which they are permitted to use. According to the advantage of HSI color distribution model which is apperceive highly for color, the characteristic color distribution function of image detected is established by using the characteristic color vector to describe the targets features, the dichotomy is used to search potential target region, which can detect rapidly the color target in stock-still background. The strategy is designed by a step-by-step procedure interlacing. At each step, a coordinate transformation, the design of a virtual control via a Lyapunov technique and the definition of a tuning function are derived, then, the globally control of the system is obtained. As a result, synchronization of the chaotic systems is achieved by controller. The synchronization error system arrives at the sliding-mode in finite time. Then, the controller can drive the error system to reach the origin. The identification of the unknown parameters is obtained at the same time. Because of using the adaptive arithmetic and sliding-mode control, the controller is robustness of parameter uncertainties and disturbances.
