The research method used is quantitative. As well as for the population it is the entire development of investment, minimum wage and labor force in Gresik Regency in 2018-2022. And for the sample, the researcher used the total sampling technique. As for the data obtained by documentation techniques and literature study. Dwi Indah Jakarta. This study used quantitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires, and library data. In this study using a saturated sampling method used a total of 31 employees of PT. Dwi Indah Jakarta, using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this study show that there is an influence between career development on the performance of PT. Dwi Indah Jakarta has a strong positive influence and has an influence contribution of 55.2% on employee performance variables. The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques use primary data in the form of observations and interviews. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman (data reduction, data presentation, and inference). The results of the study discuss the participation of novice voters in political education in the 2024 election in Palembang City by the National and Political Unity Agency of Palembang City. The situation on the eve of the election until now has not been uproar. Public participation to participate in local election activities, these factors are influenced by a better understanding and attention to politics that tends to contribute to the community environment to participate in regional elections, one's organizational experience in political participation activities applies to political and pseudo-political organizations. A parent's political affiliation can influence a person's participation in exercising their voting rights in local elections. With the problems that occur in Palembang City, voter participants, especially novice voters, can vote. The evaluation conducted by the Kesbangpol Agency refers to the results of participation increased by 11.74% from 70.26% in the 2018 regional elections to 82% (214,446 voters). By using digital ethnography methods, this study explores various narratives of cultural trauma that often circulate in the midst of election momentum as the root of the problem of identity politics. In this study, the psycho-social paradigm is used to read various narratives in Twitter conversations as a response to cultural trauma against social bodies that resist. The sample was from the population of SOPS Koarmada II employees, totaling 48 people using saturated sampling techniques. Our main data was obtained through surveys using Google Forms as a research instrument, while secondary data refers to data collected for purposes other than solving the problem under study. Our data analysis was performed using the SPSS software, which involved a normality test and then followed by a paired T-Test. The results of the normality test obtained a p value > 0.00, which indicates that the data is normally distributed. Paired T-Test obtained a Sig value of 0.000, this value is <0.05. This proves that there is a significant influence of motivation on employee performance. Recommendations based on the results of this study that it is necessary to give gifts and punishments to attract employees in increasing work motivation. This research method uses Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with Eviews statistical tools. This study uses a sample of 680 observations of non-financial companies in Indonesia during 2022 using panel regression. The results showed that the quality of financial statements has no effect on investment efficiency. The quality of financial statements that has no effect is possible because the overinvestment scenario also has no effect. In this condition, the quality of financial statements has not been able to mitigate the occurrence of overinvestment due to the high agency level. Meanwhile, in underinvestment conditions, the quality of financial reporting has a significant positive effect, which means that the quality of financial reporting can reduce underinvestment because the quality of financial reporting can be used to attract external funds so that the company avoids underinvestment conditions. The career concern variable of the president director has no effect on investment efficiency, this is possible because in underinvestment conditions it also has no effect because most sample companies do not experience funding constraints so that the career concern of the president director does not mitigate underinvestment. Meanwhile, in overinvestment conditions, it has a positive effect. Thus, the concern of the CEO can reduce the occurrence of overinvestment. This study aims to determine the increase in students' ability to complete midwifery competency exam questions using Google sites learning media as a student step in facing midwifery competency exams. This study used the Quasy Experiment method with a pretest-posttest design, where a sample of 15 people was tested using the sample T-test to assess the increase in students' abilities before and after participating in learning. The results showed that there was an increase in students' abilities with a P-value of 0.00, an increase of 63%, which means that students' ability to answer midwifery competency exam questions increased. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods to verify the influence of Discounts, Promotions and Consumer Trust which influence Mandalika Education University students' decisions in purchasing products on the Shopee application. The data used is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents. The results of this research show that there is a significant positive influence of discounts on purchasing decisions for Mandalika Education University students who use the Shopee application. There is a significant positive influence of promotion on purchasing decisions for Mandalika Education University students who use the Shopee application. There is a significant positive influence of Consumer Trust on purchasing decisions among Mandalika Education University students who use the Shopee application. The results of this study show that there is an influence between work discipline on the work productivity of PT. Dayup Indo Jakarta and work discipline have a moderate positive effect and have an influence contribution of 31.6% on employee work productivity variables.
