O presente estudo objetivou mostrar o perfil clinico-epidemiologico e laboratorial da DM no estado de Goias. Estudo descritivo usando dados dos casos notificados e confirmados da DM no estado de Goias, no periodo de 2015 a 2017. Os dados foram extraidos do SINAN (Sistema de Informacoes de Agravos de Notificacao) estadual, disponibilizados pela Secretaria Estadual de Saude de Goias (SES-GO), foram tabulados no TabWin e para construcao dos graficos e tabelas utilizou-se o Microsoft Excel. No periodo analisado, obteve-se 85 casos notificados e confirmados da DM no estado de Goias, sendo 27, 19 e 39 casos nos anos 2015, 2016 e 2017, respectivamente. O sexo masculino e o sorogrupo C prevaleceram. A maioria dos casos ocorreram na estacao do inverno. Em relacao ao metodo de confirmacao da doenca, 25,88% dos casos foram realizados por Cultura, 23,53% por aglutinacao em latex e 17,65% pela tecnica de PCR (Reacao em cadeia da polimerase). His organization was in accordance with the characteristics of the Integrative Review of Literature, following the phases determined by the method for the elaboration, which selected 67 articles in the Latin American and Caribbean databases in Health Sciences, Scientific Electronic Library Online, Online System of Search and Analysis of Medical Literature, Medical Publisher and Virtual Health Library using \"epidemiology\" and \"visceral leishmaniasis\" as Controlled Descriptors in Health Sciences. After applying exclusion criteria, 10 articles were selected. The results showed an increase in cases in urban areas and a prevalence in males. Managing the urban environment is a major challenge: preserving environmental resources and also ensuring decent living conditions for the current population and for future generations. In the age of motorized and carbonized transportation, vehicles are the main source of air pollutant emissions, especially in large urban centers and important ozone precursors. An important advance in minimizing vehicle emissions and fuel consumption was the introduction of additives in the Brazilian market. This paper aims to analyze the influence of Dienitro on fuel consumption in diesel public buses in greater Florianópolis, as well as the pollution generated by vehicles. Measurements of kilometers per liter of diesel were taken, before and after the addition of Diesel with Dienitro, in part of the Emflotur (Florianópolis Public Transportation Company EIRELI) bus fleet that operates the collective transport from Biguaçu to the island of Florianópolis. Six buses were selected: 1 bus that uses Diesel S50 and EGR system, as well as 5 buses that use Diesel S10; where 2 of these vehicles use the EGR system and 3 the SCR system. It is a disease with high incidence and concerns health scholars because of is potential to cause often irreversible brain damage. Expose or expose, aims to analyze the prevalence of patients affected by Ischemic Stroke, as changes in imaging exams in the first 24 hours and in the main injured brain territories. The study was conducted at Valle Imagem, located in Itaporanga-PB, with a sample of 20 eletronic reports. Data were analyzed in SPSS. Descriptive analyzes of relative and absolute frequency, measures of central tendency and dispersion were used. It was also used for Pearson1s chisquare inferential analysis and Studant’s test. A statistical significance of p <0.05 was accepted. A prevalence of 75% of the patients studied with contrast-free CT alterations was observed in the results, once in the most af fected age group between 61-80 years, although is was evidenced in the patients with a lower correlation with those found in the capsular nucleus situations. And thalamus, these with statistically significant results, was still revealed or male gender is more affected bu the overview. Quantitative, cross-sectional, descriptive, analytical study that involved 20 elderly patients from a Clinical School of Physiotherapy located in the interior of Bahia, with a medical diagnosis of osteoarthritis in the knee. The instru-ments used were: sociobiodemographic questionnaire, assessment of body mass index (BMI) and the Western Ontario and McMaster Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC). The results showed that 20 (100%) of the participants were female, 12 (60%) were between 60 and 70 years old, 19 (95%) were obese, 9 (45%) had severe pain, 9 (45%) had mild stiffness and 8 (40%) exhibited moderate impaired physical activity. The relationship between the degree of Body Mass Index and pain showed that 9 (45%) of the obese elderly had severe pain and the relationship between the degree of obesity with difficulty in performing physical activity showed that 7 (40%) obese elderly had severe difficulty to carry out such activities.
