These sources helped in the formulating and designing of the questionnaire built to understand the relationship between electronic training and Employee; morale. For the study population and its sample; the study sample consisted of the clamshell sample. The study population consisted of all employees of Al-Quds University, which numbered 732 employees, and Al-Istiqlal University, which numbered 320 employees. Moreover, the selection was designed based on the electronic sample calculator, the number of sample members reached 282 employees. Al-Quds University employees should make up 69.5% of the sample members, about 196 employees by calculating the relative distribution. While the number of sample members from Al-Istiqlal University was 86%. Two hundred fifty-one employees of the two universities answered the questionnaire; that is, the response rate to the questionnaire was 90%. The results were statistically analyzed using SPSS software.","PeriodicalId":363851,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Economics, Business and Management Research","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115268993","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Cauvery delta zone in Tamil Nadu is a major contributor to agriculture production in the state. But in the recent years there is a decline in production of this region and farmer's conditions has deteriorated in the delta region since 2010. Atleast 80% of land in Thanjavur district had forgone the Kuruvai crop in the last five years and there has been a noticeable decline in agricultural land in this region due to climate change. The factors like change in soil water intrusion, increase in irrigation patterns and prices of agricultural inputs leads farmers to have low incomes(Jagannathan & Ramaraj, 2016). Further, the Climate change has increased cost of production for farmers as they are forced to buy more pesticides and insecticides to resolve new crop diseases. Scarcity of water and indebtedness are the common reasons behind farmers’ suicides in the Cauvery delta region(Sabarisakthi, 2016). An understanding of the nature of landholding is required to understand the importance of agriculture to household income. According to the Agriculture Census 2010-11, Small and marginal farmers cultivating less than five acres account for 91% of all farmers in Nagapattinam, 90% in Thiruvarur and 93% in Thanjavur. The proportion of net area sown to total geographical area is more than 50% in Thanjavur and Nagapattinam and more than 70% in Thiruvarur district, highlighting the importance of agriculture. This paper studies the problems faced by the farmers in the region and reasons behind the decline in agriculture activities over the years. Furthermore, this study uses time series analysis to analyse land use and cropping patterns in the Tamil Nadu district. The results reveals that there is a decrease in net sown area and change in cropping pattern due to erratic rainfall pattern and inadequate water facilities available for irrigation in the district.","PeriodicalId":363851,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Economics, Business and Management Research","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116728269","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study aims to identify UHC and the Utilization of BPJS Healthcare in Ponorogo Regency. This study employs a qualitative methodology based on in-depth interviews with informants serving as research respondents. Data analysis employs content analysis by collecting data, reducing data, and displaying data. The results of the study indicate that Ponorogo Regency is still not included in the UHC category, as only 76.9% of the total population participates in the BPJS Healthcare program. In addition, the government's lack of support for universal health care. This is evident from the fact that the budget has remained unchanged for three fiscal years and there are no local regulations governing health insurance in the region.","PeriodicalId":363851,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Economics, Business and Management Research","volume":"132 3","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114030807","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Kenya, like many other developing nations, is working to build a strong manufacturing industry. Agriculture and services have been the primary drivers of growth in the country. Historically, the manufacturing sector's contribution to Kenya's economy has remained constant at 10% of GDP, and in 2021 it was around 8.4 percent. As a result, the country has seen an early deindustrialization, as evidenced by the manufacturing sector's contribution to GDP, which was just 8.4% in 2021 and 9.2% in 2016. Boosting manufacturing sector results remains a key priority for Kenya, as evidenced by the slew of planned interventions for the industry that have been created over the years. The government has established Vision 2030, the Kenya Industrial Transformation Programme (KITP), and, most recently, the Big 4 Agenda to modernize the industrial sector. The major goal of this research was to see how infrastructure development (ID) affected Kenya's manufactured exports to the East African Community (EAC). The specific goals were to determine the impact of infrastructure development on Kenya's manufacturing exports to the EAC region. Gravity model was used as the theoretical framework for the study, which is based on the theory of international trade and employs a correlation research design that is ideal for dynamic panel data models. Each country's data for the study variables was obtained from the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), Kenya Nation Bureau of Statistics, World Bank development and African Development Bank for six EAC members for the period 2007–2021. Unit root test, Im-Pesaran and Shin, Levin-Li-Chu tests were used in the study. Growth creates conditions to improve income inequality while moderate income inequality stimulates growth. The research also finds out the impact of a number of factors that are thought to have a impact on both economic growth and income inequality, including: education, health, investment in infrastructure, industrialization, urbanization, globalization, technical progress and inflation. Factors found to favor both growth and income inequality include investment in education and investment in health. Data used is panel data with time series data for quarter 2018-2021 cross section of 34 provinces in Indonesia and uses variation analysis method and panel regression. The results of the analysis show that prices of agricultural commodities, garlic, red chilies, and chicken were more varied before pandemic than during Covid-19 pandemic. Price of cayenne pepper, shallots, beef, and chicken eggs are more varied during pandemic than before Covid-19 pandemic. Prices of industrial commodities, cooking oil and sugar are more varied during pandemic than before Covid-19 pandemic, while price of rice was stable.
