Net Profit Margin is one of the important indicators to assess the financial performance of a company as it provides an insight into how effectively the company generates profits from its operations after considering all costs and expenses. It measures the company’s efficiency in generating profit from each unit of revenue. Companies with a high Net Profit Margin are often considered more attractive to investor because the high net profit indicates the company’s ability to generate strong cash flow and provide good returns to shareholders. Current Ratio is a liquidity ratio that measures a company’s ability to meet its shortterm obligations with liquid assets that can be quickly converted into cash. A high Current Ratio indicates that the company has sufficient current assets to meet its shortterm liabilities. This can provide assurance to investors that the company will not face financial difficulties in paying its obligations when they become due. This research aims to determine the influence of Net Profit Margin on Current Ratio in PT.Siantar Top, PT.Kimia Farma and PT. Gudang Garamwhich were studied on a quarterly basis during the period 2020-2022. This is a quantitative research using secondary data, which are the financial statements of each company accessed through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS softwareversion 25. The result of the research show that simultaneously or collectively, Net Profit Margin has an influence on Current Ratio and partially, it is found that Net Profit Margin has a significant positive effect on Current Ratio. The population in this study was all students of the Muhammadiyah Purbalingga Institute of Technology and Business, totaling 73 people. The data collection method used in this research is a direct field survey, which involves sampling from a single population using a questionnaire as the main data collection instrument for explanatory purposes. The present study employs quantitative data. The research was carried out at a logistics company called Shopee Express, located in the urban area of Medan. The study's population comprises all employees employed at the Shopee Express delivery service company in the city of Medan, amounting to a total of 60 individuals. The sample size for this study also consists of 60 people. The study incorporated a combination of primary and secondary data sources, as employed by the researcher. The findings and analysis of this study are presented as follows: (1) The implementation of accounting information systems has a noteworthy impact on individual performance, as evidenced by the statistical significance of the sig value being less than 0.05. The impact of technology utilization on individual performance is shown to be statistically significant, as indicated by a significance level of less than 0.05. The competency of human resources has a substantial impact on individual performance, as indicated by a statistically significant p-value of less than 0.05. The involvement of management has a substantial impact on the performance of individuals, as evidenced by the statistical significance of the relationship (p < 0.05). (5) The concurrent impact of establishing accounting information systems, utilizing technology, possessing human resource competence, and engaging in management participation has a noteworthy effect on individual performance, as indicated by a statistically significant p-value of less than 0.05. The Adjusted R-Square value is 0.641, indicating that the research variables provide a substantial contribution of 64.10% towards explaining individual performance. We employed a quantitative strategy for the inquiry that combined a descriptive and verifiable approach. One of the Bandung internet service providers provided 100 consumers for the survey. The study's path analysis reveals the correctness of the price and marketing variables at one of the Bandung internet service providers. The study's conclusions advise considering the costs and promotions provided by one of the Bandung-based internet service providers. According to the findings, Price (X1) significantly affects Customer Satisfaction (Y). The results of multiple linear regression analysis that show Y = 2.467 + - 0.115X1 + 0.585X2 + 0.436 e. While the results of the test (t) or partial test show that motivation has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance at PT. Marurat Artaraya, where it can be seen that the motivation value tcount is -1.797 > ttable 0.2201, the work environment has a positive and significant effect, it can be seen tcount is 6.043 > ttable 0.2201, while compensation has a positive and significant effect, it can be seen tcount is 3.774 > ttable 0.2201 on the performance of employees at PT. Marurat Artaraya. Then the results of the f test showed that simultaneously there was a positive and significant effect of motivational variables (X1), work environment (X2), and compensation (X3) on employee performance (Y) and the Fcount value was 156.871 > Ftable 3.16. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R2) in the adjusted R Square value is 0.890 (89.0%). So it can be said that 89.0% of the variation of the independent variables, namely motivation, work environment and compensation in this model has a contribution to the variable performance of employees at PT. Marurat Artaraya. In order to fill this void in existing research, the author endeavored to examine the study model through a predictive methodology. This study utilized a survey methodology in which 72 employees from the fashion industry sector were selected as participants. The researcher employed the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM-PLS) technique to forecast the proposed study model. The analysis findings indicate that affective commitment considerably impacts employee engagement, namely in terms of dedication and employee creativity. The research findings also suggest that the factors of devotion and creativity exert a notable influence on task performance. Furthermore, it is seen that effective utilization of creativity can propel task performance, consequently exerting a positive influence on improving performance quality. The results indicate the level of Islamic Intellectual Capital of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia is high. Furthermore, the Islamic Financial Performance Index indicator with a very high level are Islamic Investment Ratio or Halal Investment and Islamic Income Ratio. The high-level indicator is Equitable Distribution Ratio. The moderate level indicator is Profit Sharing Ratio. The low-level indicator is the Directors-Employees welfare ratio. The very low-level indicator is the Zakat Performance Ratio. Generally, the financial performance of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia based on the Islamic Financial Performance Index has a fairly high level. In addition, Islamic Intellectual Capital has a positive and significant influence on the Islamic Financial Performance Index of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The condition shows if the quality of employees, technology, operational systems and good relations of Islamic banks and their partners are high, it will encourage Islamic banks to have high financial performance based on Islamic Financial Performance Index. Furthermore, the level of employee discipline is low, as seen from the high rate of absenteeism. The employees' performance is also suboptimal, and the office lacks adequate facilities. This study aims to investigate the influence of facility management on employee performance, discipline on employee performance, and the combined effect of facility management and discipline on employee performance. The population of this research is employees of a regional company in Medan city, consisting of 50 respondents. The data collection technique used in this research is saturated sampling, and the data sources are primary and secondary data. Quantitative analysis and multiple linear regression analysis are employed in data analysis. The results of the multiple regression analysis show that facility management and discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The partial test results show that facility management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while the discipline variable also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination is 0.525 or 52.5%.
