This study is a quantitative study with analysis using the most unusual multiple linear regression with a fixed-effect model. The big and important issue of the environment makes United Nation launch the Sustainable Development Goals. One of them is about life on land, including forest. Indonesia, which was once dubbed as the lungs of the world, has now declined in quality. In 2016, research conducted by Indonesia Forest Watch announced that forests in Indonesia were reduced by one time the size of a football field every hour. Based on the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Article 33 paragraph (3) states that \"earth and air and natural resources are contained in an environment controlled by the state and used to achieve massive prosperity of the state\", so that it has been adjusted to forest needs so that it becomes a matter that needs attention. In Law No. 41 of 1999 concerning Forestry also has an opinion about forests that have benefits for life both in terms of ecology, socio-cultural, and economic. The research method used is the national research method, where the author uses legislation, books, and other literature as the main source. With this fulfillment, it is hoped that it will be able to create new policies that can provide benefits and changes to the condition of forests in Indonesia so that one of the objectives of the Sustainable Development Goals can be realized and the carrying capacity of forests can increase. The influence of Haji Chassan (that’s how they called him) also really strong towards the village-heads, head of sub districts, regents, and officers with strategic positions because even though they were supported by the society, they won’t get their position without approval from the cultural leaders. Description: M is capital, H is habitus and T is the domain or place. The method used descriptive qualitative by collecting data through indepth interviews with selected informants. Informants were taken from representatives of the adat village and the auxiliary state of Bawaslu as institutions authorized to oversee election administration. This study produces several analyzes, namely: first, the practice of doxa explains and the world has sacred values, both in the teachings of Hinduism. This value shapes the mental cognition of agents and social structures in legalizing and danapunia in the political arena. Second, the practice of heterodoksa in habitus is presented by Bawaslu as an auxiliary state institution that does not have the power of formal law and the authority to carry out the oversight function of elections. Humor on radio broadcast programs is included in entertainment content. The humorous variations presented in broadcast radio media are packaged creatively both as humor programs as a whole and in the form of inserts in programs in the form of speeches, chats and jokes by broadcasters. Humor will be felt and accepted by a society if it is in accordance with the values, traditions and cultural aspects of people who enjoy a humor. McGhee and Golstein (1972: 153) state that acceptance of humor in each community group is not the same. There are people who openly accept the type of humor and what is selective or even limiting humor.
