The traditional direct vector control (DVC) using PI controller presents considerable stator reactive and active ripples. In order to ensure a robust DVC technique for the DFIG-rotor side converter and reduces electromagnetic torque, current, reactive and active ripples, a DVC based on NSVM inverter is used in this work. In the design, the system parameters are selected according to the requirements for obtaining a hyperchaotic behavior. The hyperchaotic nature is theoretically verified by using bifurcation analysis and Lyapunov exponents’ calculus; and experimentally assessed by the FPGA implementation. A master-slave scheme for secure data transmission is used. Active control is applied to carry out the synchronization between the master and the slave. FPGA technology is applied in order to be implemented in digital form the 4-D continuous system using a XILINX VERTEX5 chip. The digital sequence generated from the FPGA device is observed in our experimental setup. The boost converter -equipment under test- treated in this work is modeled by a theoretical formula, on the DM referential. The built model let as to compute the DM impedance, across a long frequency band taking account essential parasitical imperfections. A comparison study will be done, thanks to Pspice simulations, analytical studies and experimental measurements using an impedance measurement bridge. This task is considered as a burden, and is both very time consuming and expensive. The framework of Semi-Supervised Learning (SSL) approach addresses this problem by taking advantage of the abundant amount of accessible unlabeled(undiagnosed) data together with the few limited labeled data in order to train precise classifiers while requiring less human effort and time. The customer is satisfied, on the one hand, he has all similar operations as the failed one, but, on the other hand, he feels lost: what are the operations taking this or that inputs, as the failed one? This system suffers from frequent and irregular connection/disconnection of peers which can cause the unavailability of files in the network and this problem impacts the files search performances. Thus, it is important to address the files availability issue. In this paper, we propose CRS, a clustering-based replication strategy to improve file availability which enhances the search efficiency. Our proposal is based on global file availability and popularity estimations to choose the suitable file to replicate and the suitable replica degree. An experimental procedure to show the parameters that affect the compressive strength as percentage of fibers, age, and compaction pressure is conducted. The effect of these parameters and their interaction effects for compressive strength response are determined using full factorial design. Statistical analysis shows that the percentage of fibers has a major effect on the compressive strength. FPA is a new recently developed algorithm based on pollination process of plants, that is used to solve constrained and/or multi-objective optimization problems. The proposed approach gives an additional option by enabling the optimization of a specific scattering, for example surface scattering, passing by double bounce scattering, or dipole scattering $cdots$ etc. by defining the scattering vector format. Moreover, a modified version of FPA is proposed, which make it faster, and give better outcome in term of interferometric coherence mean. A comparison of the proposed algorithm with previous optimization methods will be made showing its efficiency and its good outcome in term of phase quality, and residues percentage. Benzineb","doi":"10.1109/ICASS.2018.8652004","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/ICASS.2018.8652004","url":null,"abstract":"This paper deals with the development of a novel Ultra Wide Band (UWB) microstrip antenna, using the Ansys HFSS 18.0.0 simulation tool and Anritsu MS4644A Vector Network Analyzer (VNA). The developed antenna consists of a patch of non-regular shape etched on an FR4 dielectric substrate, excited with a 50 Ohm microstripline, having a defected ground plane. In order to improve the bandwidth, the design of the antenna is based on staircase patch shapes, curved shapes, together with the presence of a slot and a notch of a defected ground plane. The obtained bandwidth of the antenna is 2.42–11.87 Ghz. Data concerning the radiation pattern of the antenna are shown in conjunction with a parametric study of the effect of antenna dimensions on its characteristics.
