One of the big reasons of Covid-19 spread is the lack of standard track and trace mechanisms in healthcare infrastructures. Furthermore, throughout the epidemic, the transmission of disinformation has accelerated, and existing platforms lacking capability of verifying the veracity of information, resulting to social unrest and illogical conduct. Therefore, building a track and trace system is critical to ensuring that data collected by the government and the public entities is accurate and dependable. It is obvious that implementing state-of-the-art predictive models like Artificial Neural Network and Blockchain-based traceable mechanisms can help to prevent the spreads of the new variants. In this paper, we proposed a Blockchain based traceable model to track and trace the infected cases so to help an effective planning to prevent the spread.","PeriodicalId":358772,"journal":{"name":"2021 18th International Computer Conference on Wavelet Active Media Technology and Information Processing (ICCWAMTIP)","volume":"130 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121247494","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, there exist various security challenges facing cloud computing especially in the aspect of data privacy and this is more critical when dealing with sensitive personal or organization's data. Cloud service providers encrypt data during transfer from the local hard drive to the cloud server and at the server-side, the only problem is that the encryption key is stored by the service provider meaning they can decrypt your data. This paper discusses how cloud security can be enhanced by using client-side data encryption (pre-internet encryption), this will allow the clients to encrypt data before uploading to the cloud and store the key themselves. This means that data will be rendered to the cloud in an unreadable and secure format that cannot be accessed by unauthorized persons.","PeriodicalId":358772,"journal":{"name":"2021 18th International Computer Conference on Wavelet Active Media Technology and Information Processing (ICCWAMTIP)","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115677978","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, we propose a simulated annealing algorithm based on the probability double crossover operator, dynamically combine the Swap operator and the Inversion order operator. In each annealing process Compared with the previous single operator, our algorithm can select different crossover operators based on probability to generate new feasible solutions, and the algorithm is more sensitive to the variability of feasible solutions. The beilin52 example shows: Compared with the classic simulated annealing algorithm based on the exchange operator, our algorithm increases the variability of the feasible solution of the TSP problem in the optimization iteration process, making the current optimal solution easier to jump out of the local optimal solution “Trap”, so as to better converge to the global optimal solution.","PeriodicalId":358772,"journal":{"name":"2021 18th International Computer Conference on Wavelet Active Media Technology and Information Processing (ICCWAMTIP)","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114566199","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Forecasting play's, a crucial role in determining the pandemic's hypothetical situation and economic situation. It provides the base for authorities, public health officials, management teams, and other stakeholders to plan for future preventive actions in their companies, citizens, and governments. This paper proposes Auto-Regressive Integrated Moving Average mathematical modeling in integration with Box-Jenkins' model-building approach examining the variation in pandemic severity through the Loess smoothed curves to forecast the COVID-19 pandemic situation. The time-plot and forecasting results show Chinese resilience to pact with pandemic situation effectively whereas India was severely affected by the pandemic. The future forecast for India shows the worst situation by the end of 2021. Pakistan and Bangladesh are the least affected among the specified countries while decline in weekly death cases has been observed in Iran till the end of 2021. We observed the Case Fatality Ratio (CFR) of 2.08% globally.","PeriodicalId":358772,"journal":{"name":"2021 18th International Computer Conference on Wavelet Active Media Technology and Information Processing (ICCWAMTIP)","volume":"75 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122145173","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, inconsistencies in current carbon dioxide emission data make it difficult to ascertain the actual companies' emissions as well as difficulties in assessing trading routes between emitters and cleaners. These inconsistencies impede the sustainable development of low-carbon cities in current times. Therefore, a decentralized, transparent, traceable, and trustless system for carbon emission monitoring and credit trading is imperative in meeting low carbon cities' development. This paper proposes a Blockchain and IoT-based framework on the FISCO bcos platform to monitor enterprise carbon emissions coupled with carbon credit trading using a smart contract. An evaluation of our system demonstrates that our system outperforms other solutions with comparisons on system median response time. A pair of optimal observation points is calculated based on the triangulation method, so that the positioning problem can be accomplished by a cooperative formation tracking control of the UAVs. Theoretically, the paper achieves the target state estimation and prediction based on the Extended Kalman Filter method, and introduces a distributed motion control algorithm of dual-UAV for cooperative target positioning based on the optimal observation points and artificial potential field. The proposed method satisfies the constraint conditions and improves the target positioning accuracy when performing target location task. Finally, numerical simulation results verify the effectiveness of the scheme.","PeriodicalId":358772,"journal":{"name":"2021 18th International Computer Conference on Wavelet Active Media Technology and Information Processing (ICCWAMTIP)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124369586","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Yet, SAR ship instance segmentation is rarely studied. Therefore, we apply the hybrid task cascade (HTC) delving into the targeted ship in-stance segmentation from SAR imagery. HTC comprehensively considers the coupling relationship between the detection task and segmentation task. Specifically, it replaces the original single detection-head (DH) of the raw Mask R-CNN with three cascaded DHs to further improve performance. We perform many experiments based on the public SAR Ship Detection Dataset (SSDD) dataset for verifying the effectiveness of HTC. Finally, it offers a 65.6% detection $AP$ that is superior to Mask R-CNN by 3.4%, and provides a 59.3% segmentation $AP$ that is superior to Mask R-CNN by 1.5% as well.","PeriodicalId":358772,"journal":{"name":"2021 18th International Computer Conference on Wavelet Active Media Technology and Information Processing (ICCWAMTIP)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134058452","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

White matter tracts structural abnormalities have been documented in MDD and BDD. However, the function changes of white matter (WM) are still unclear across MDD and bipolar disorder. A total of 244 participants (MDD = 98, BDD = 54 and healthy controls [HC] = 92) were included in the present study. Amplitude of low-frequency fluctuations (ALFF) was adopted to measure the functional activation of WM. Compared with HC, MDD exhibited specific ALFF abnormalities in brainstem, right corona radiata (CR), but BDD showed specific ALFF abnormality in the left thalamus-WM. The decreased ALFF in left CR was revealed both in MDD and BDD compared with HC. The opposite correlation between the left CR and depressive severity in MDD was observed. Our findings provided a preliminary exploration from the perspective of WM functional signals, which suggest that abnormally reduced functional activation in WM provide evidence and new view to understand the pathophysiology of MDD and BDD.","PeriodicalId":358772,"journal":{"name":"2021 18th International Computer Conference on Wavelet Active Media Technology and Information Processing (ICCWAMTIP)","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124249641","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
