In this study, we report a questionnaire response analysis system (QRAS) that can classify and search students’ opinions (questionnaire responses) in class in real time. The QRAS obtains distributed representations of questionnaire responses on the basis of Wikipedia Entity Vectors and implements a hierarchical/non-hierarchical clustering function and a search function, which searches for response sentences containing similar content. In addition, we add a function to determine the polarity of free-description questionnaire responses on the basis of the Japanese Sentiment Polarity Dictionary to the QRAS. Especially, colleges and universities which involve homework, exams, credits and degrees, are the hardest hit area for plagiarism. Although it is a common sense about plagiarism for teachers and students that plagiarism is forbidden, a blurred boundary line is always there when plagiarism happens in real cases. In computer science, the problem is more severe as the definition of code plagiarism is more ambiguous and difficult than the text plagiarism. The assignments and projects for computer science students include not only documents, but also codes, which contain variables, functions, comments etc. This research is a case study on the code plagiarism in a programming course. Questionnaires were conducted to get general ideas about code plagiarism from several universities in China. The problems of code plagiarism are discussed in this study. Except for the interactive data of the LMS, our research introduces classroom videos to expand learning behavioral variables. Through the correlation analysis with the final exam scores, we select 6 of these variables as predictors. Then, the prediction results of different predictor combinations are compared and the result shows that the prediction based on LMS predictors and video predictors achieves the best accuracy of 89.7%, which is higher than the accuracy of using LMS predictors or video predictors individually. To optimize the 3D dynamic geometry software in the construction of projection steps and support more types of projected objects, this paper presents a method of construction of 3D projection. The key steps as follows: Firstly, discretize the projection object. Secondly, transform the set of the discrete point according to the projection type selected by the user. Thirdly, construct a new geometric object as the projection using the set of transformed point. It focuses on the attempts of computer-aided software and equipment such as digital painting and 3D printing used in stop motion animation teaching. Listed the application, advantages and disadvantages of these new technologies and equipment in the teaching process, and discussed the future impact of digital technology development on animation teaching. At the same time, we also discussed the pros and cons of the relationship between art creation, art teaching and technological development at the end of the article, as well as the confusion in teaching and creation. A k-means clustering algorithm based on canopy algorithm and maximum and minimum distance is proposed. K-value is generated by canopy algorithm to avoid setting k-value artificially, The clustering center set was selected by using the weighted density method to reduce the impact of outliers on clustering results. Then the center point is selected by the maximum and minimum distance to avoid the clustering result falling into local optimum. The algorithm is parallelized on spark, Finally, the experimental results of UCI dataset show that the improved k-means algorithm not only improves the clustering quality, but also reduces the average iteration times of the algorithm.
