The method used is descriptive qualitative. The informants in this study were 8 people involved in the implementation of e-learning. Techniques of collecting data by interview, observation, documentation. Based on the field findings, it can be results are: (1) The PG PAUD Study Program has prepared a policy foundation in the form of an e-learning implementation mechanism, with training. (2) Planning e-learning refers to what has been compiled from the syllabus. (3) The implementation of e-learning students can integrate learning with the implementation of e-learning. (4) Evaluation of e-learning is combined with academic information, evaluation, communication, discussion until the implementation runs well. The method used in this study is a combined research method (mixed method research) which is a combination of action research and action research. The research subjects are students of SMP Negeri 5 Lahat in the first semester of 2019/2020 school year. The number of students for the class ptk 32 people, for the experiment 31 people, and for the control class 30 people. Data collection methods in this study use the assessment sheet and test results. Data analysis using score analysis and test tests consisting of different test between cycles difference test of two unrelated samples. The study design was the Classroom Action Research (CAR) model of Kemmis and Taggart, which was followed by a quasi experiment. The research subjects were students of class XI OTKP 1 even semester of the 2019/2020 school year SMK Negeri 2 Lahat. For quasi-experimental samples are class XI OTKP 1 and OTKP 3. Classroom action research totaling 25 students, for the experimental class totaling 25 students and the control class totaling 25 students. Data collection techniques in this research used a research sheet. Data analysis uses mean (percentage) percentages and t-tests. The conclusion of this research indicate that the application of the Drill And Practice method can improve students' speaking and vocabulary abilities. This research method is classroom action research (CAR) and quasi experiment. The subjects of this study were group B1 for the CAR class, B2 in the experimental class and B3 for the control class. Data collection techniques used teacher observation sheets, creativity observation and fine motor observation. The data analysis technique used is the paired and independent two-sample t test. The results of the t-test analysis showed that the t count was greater than the t table, which means that there was a significant difference in the average assessment of children's creativity and fine motor skills in each cycle. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) which is then followed by experiments. The method used is a quasi-experimental method. The subjects of this study were the second grade students of SDN 64 South Bengkulu, which amounted to 17 people. The design at this writing is The Matching Only Pretest-Posttes Control Group Design. The population in this study was class II students in Cluster IV South Bengkulu. The sample in writing is class II SDN 64 Bengkulu Selatan totaling 17 people as the experimental class and class II SDN 58 Bengkulu Selatan as the control class. The instruments used were observation sheets and written test sheets. The design used in this study was an experimental squasi with a 2 x 2 factorial design. The study population was all students of class X MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Lahat in the 2019-2020 Academic Year consisting of 4 classes. The class that was used as the sample of the experimental group was Class X MIPA 1 and the control class was Class X MIPA 2. The sample selection was carried out using a purposive random sampling technique. The collected data is processed statistically using a two-way variance (anava) analysis technique.
