Therefore, this study aims to see what factors affect unemployment by taking the research location in East Suwawa District, Bone Bolango Regency. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach using secondary data sources, namely time series data for the five years 2016-2021. The equipment used in problem solving analysis is multiple linear regression involving three variables, namely Y (Unemployed), X1 (Provincial Drinking Wage) and X2 (Education Level). The results of the study concluded that the minimum wage variable (X1) had a negative and significant effect on the unemployment rate (Y) in East Suwawa District. The education level variable (X2) has a significant and positive direction on the unemployment rate (Y) in East Suwawa District. The independent variables, namely the minimum wage and education level, were able to explain the variation in the dependent variable or the unemployment rate of 5.56 percent, while the remaining 44.4 percent was explained by other variables not included in the estimate. Simultaneously the minimum wage and education level have a significant effect on unemployment in East Suwawa District. The research method uses a qualitative research approach with a descriptive type of research. The research method uses a qualitative research approach with qualitative descriptive research. This study aims to determine how the economic potential of Bone Bolango Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach using a secondary database, namely time series data (time series) of Gross Regional Domestic Product for the last 5 years (2015-2019).The results showed that the economic potential of Bone Bolango Regency is classified as having potential Basic sectors consisting of 10 sectors or business fields respectively are: 1) Mining and Quarrying, 2) Manufacturing Industry, 3) Construction, 4) Wholesale and Retail Trade, 5 ) Real estate, 6) corporate services, 7) government administration, 8) education services, 9) health services, and 10) services. The non-base sector of Bone Bolango Regency consists of 7 sectors or business fields respectively; 1) Agriculture, 2) Procurement of Electricity and Gas, 3) Transportation and Warehousing, 4) Provision of Water, Garbage, Waste, 5) Provision of Accommodation and Food and Drink, 6) Information and Communication, and 7) Financial Services and Insurance. The more job opportunities in an area will be able to have a positive impact on the economy in that area. This study aims to analyze the effect of economic growth, inflation and labor on employment opportunities in Bone Bolango Regency. This study uses a quantitative research approach with a 5-year secondary data base (2015-2019) and by using multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that based on the results of research tests using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, it can be stated that there is a significant effect of the independent variables, namely economic growth, inflation rate, and employment in Bone Bolango Regency on employment. This study aims to analyze the income per capita of the Bone Bolango Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach, and the analysis is on 5-year Gross Regional Domestic Product (2015-2019) time series data. The results show that the economic development of Bone Bolango Regency, which is indicated by the average economic growth is still above 6 percent, and the population growth rate reaches 1.29 percent in the 2015-2019 period. The method used quantitative research approach with the type of research was an explanatory research.
