The main cause of death due to dehydration as a result of loss of fluids and electrolytes through the feces. Other important causes of death are dysentery, malnutrition and serious infections such as pneumonia. Based on the results of the preliminary study that has been carried out there are 20 mothers who have toddlers who visit the Work Area of the Dukuhseti Health Center, Pati Regency, namely there are 8 respondents who have mothers who suffer from diarrhea due to food factors and the behavior of the children themselves with a weight of 2.1-13.6 kg (aged 1-5 years) and it was found that 12 respondents who had children under five stated that their children had not paid attention to their nutritional status or had poor nutrition with a weight of 1.7-11.7 kg (aged 1-5 years). The purpose of this study was to determine nutritional status with the incidence of diarrhea in children under five. \u0000This type of research uses correlation analysis with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all children under five who visited during January-March 2020 as many as 673 toddlers. The samples taken were 67 toddlers. The sampling technique used is Random Sampling (randomly). Result of research : Respondents whose nutritional status is less affected by diarrhea are 26 toddlers (38.8%) and 10 toddlers (14.9%). Meanwhile, 2 (3.0%) respondents with poor nutritional status had diarrhea and 0 (0.0%). The results of the chi square test obtained count 17.030 > table 5.9915 and p value 0.001 <0.05. It can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that there is a significant relationship between nutritional status and the incidence of diarrhea in children under five.","PeriodicalId":343957,"journal":{"name":"Public Health and Safety International Journal","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117246040","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study used the document review method and PRISMA Analysis,  supported by a quantitative descriptive design. The research was conducted through document search, keyword identification and article review from the Google Search Engine (n=169), Google Scholar (n=136), Research Gate (n=5), PubMed (n=10), Semantic Scholar (n= 80) and others (n=23), a total of 423 records. The three key words are reflective practice, occupational health nursing, and Covid-19. The supporting theory is Reflective Practice. The results of this study produced 8 documents that were worthy of review and 100% fulfilled the 6 key elements of OHN reflective practice, namely reflection, clinical situation or experience, promoting factors, hindering factors, and outcomes). This study recommended the need for a review of standard operating procedures of OHN related to continuing education, vaccines, safety, clinical aspects and the threat of shortage of OHNs in the midst of a pandemic.","PeriodicalId":343957,"journal":{"name":"Public Health and Safety International Journal","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128503966","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study aims to describe the development of pre-school age children in Regular PAUD and analyze the factors that influence their development. This research is observational research. The variables in this study were fine motor development, gross motor development, personal social development, language development, age factor, parental education level, child's gender and weight. The research population was all PAUD children in the Surakarta City Region with a total sample of 97 children. The research instrument in this study was the DDST Sheet and a checklist for the identity of the respondents. The data analysis used was the frequency distribution test, the chi-square test and the Fishers exact test. The results of the identification of child development mostly have fine motor development, gross motor development, language development and normal social personal development. Factors that influence the development of normal children are mostly aothotarian parenting patterns, Z score of normal children and education level of parents in SMA/SMK. Gender has no relationship in the formation of development, while the z-score, parenting pattern and level of education have a relationship in the formation of fine motor development, gross motor development, language development and personal social development. This study was required 30 mice and divided into 3 groups placed in cages. Each groups consisted of 10 female mice (Mus musculus) weighing 25-30 g and 2.5 months. The results showed that there were differences in the value of blood sugar levels in mice. The group of normal mice, blood sugar levels did not increase or decrease, the group of mice with dextrose treatment had an increase in blood sugar values, the group of mice with dextrose treatment and sweet potato therapy had a decrease in blood sugar values. The results of statistical calculations obtained a significance value of 0.00 which means that the value of blood sugar levels has a significant difference after administration of purple sweet potato and yellow sweet potato juice. The conclusion of this study that purple and yellow sweet potatoes juice (lpomoea batatas) could lower blood sugar levels in mice (Mus musculus) which were previously hyperglicemia conditioned, so it could be continued as candidates to be tested in further research purple and yellow sweet potatoes can be candidats for blood sugar lowering foods.","PeriodicalId":343957,"journal":{"name":"Public Health and Safety International Journal","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121355862","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
