Public interest in the dental bleaching increase as the increasing the need of aesthetic itself, especially in those who work as teller and customer service who always interacts with people and need to look good. Dental bleaching uses chemical material which has side effects for the consumer, if it is being used freely without awareness about its procedures and a dentist’s supervision. The aim of study is to know the description about teller and customer service knowledge on dental bleaching. This study uses descriptive method. The sample of study is 65 tellers and customer services of BNI, Nagari, CIMB Niaga, Bukopin, Kesejahteraan, Maybank, and Pundi in Padang. The sampling technique is probability proportional to size. There are 26 (40%) respondent had high level knowledge about dental bleaching and 39 (60%) respondent had low level knowledge about dental bleaching. The design of this research was quasi-experimental with Post-Test Only Non Equivalent Control Group Design approach. The population in the study were 235 pregnant women. Sampling using purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 32 people who were divided into 2 groups. Data collection using a knowledge questionnaire. Data analysis included univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using independent t-test. The results showed that the average post-test knowledge in the control group was 14.37 and the post-test knowledge average in the experimental group was 19.00. There was a difference in the average knowledge of pregnant women between the control group and the experimental group with an average difference of 4.625 and p value = 0.000. Birthball is a physical therapy ball to help the process of labor progress.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the effectiveness of using Birth Ball on the Progress of Childbirth during the Active Phase I in Primiparas at the Independent Practice of Midwife Ika Putri Ramadhani, M. Bioemd Tahun 2022. The research design was a pre-experimental static Group Comparison design. Statistical test with Independent T Test. The population of this study were primiparous mothers. The sample is 32 people. The results of the study on the use of birthballs showed that the average progress of labor was 288 minutes. The results of the statistical test, the significance value of 0.00, which means p <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a difference in the effectiveness of the use of birthball on the progress of labor in the active phase of the first stage in primiparas. The conclusion of this study is that the use of birth balls can affect the progress of labor and relaxation murottalal-qur'an music therapy can not affect the progress of the active phase of the first stage of labor. advice for health workers As input and consideration in the Midwife's Independent Practice in making plans to improve maternal care during childbirth. For Researchers Increase knowledge, skills and experience in the research process regarding the effect of using birthballs on the progress of the active phase of labor and being able to apply the knowledge that has been gained during education. Pemilihan pasta gigi dan mouthwash yang tidak tepat dapat menyebabkan gigi rapuh dan kanker tulang. Salah satu solusi mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan pengolahan bahan alam seperti gambir menggunakan teknologi nanopartikel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas antibakteri variasi formulasi gel nanopartikel ekstrak etanol gambir terhadap bakteri Streptococcus mutans. Preparasi nanopartikel menggunakan metode gelasi ionik dengan bahan dasar kitosan dan NaTPP. Formulasi gel dibuat menggunakan variasi konsentrasi nanopartikel 0,5%, 1%, 3% dan 5% dalam basis gel carbopol. Produk nanopartikel selanjutnya dikarakterisasi dengan PSA. Untuk produk gel nanopartikel dilakukan uji aktifitas antibakteri. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan ukuran partikel rata-rata nanopartikel ekstrak gambir yaitu 64 nm. Hasil uji zona hambat Formula 0, 1, 2, 3 dan 4 yaitu 0, 0, 0, 9 dan 19 mm. Jenis penelitian ini survey analitik dengan desain case control. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli 2021 - Maret 2022 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Muara Labuh.  Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Seluruh Balita Wasting yang berdomisili di wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Muara Labuh berjumlah 78 orang.  Sampel  dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik sampel Purposive Sampling. sampel yang digunakan 100 orang (50 kasus dan 50 kontrol), serta instrumen yang digunakan adalah Kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan univariat dan bivariat dengan uji statistic chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari separuh responden yaitu sebanyak 54 responden (55%) sudah memiliki pola makan yang baik, 67 responden (67%) tidak memiliki penyakit diare, 55 responden (55%) sudah memiliki sanitasi yang memenuhi syarat, 56 responden (56%) memiliki pola asuh yang kurang baik.
