Each participating node in the network acts as both router and host and responsible for forwarding packets for other nodes. Nowadays MANETs are becoming famous for their applications and features. In MANET identifying the security issues is major area of research. This work proposes a vision-based system for recognition of static hand gesture. It deals with images of bare hands, and allows to recognize gesture in illumination, rotation, position and size variation of gesture images. The proposed system consists of three phases: preprocessing, feature extraction and classification. The preprocessing phase involves image enhancement, segmentation, rotation and filtering process. To obtain a rotation invariant gesture image, a novel technique is proposed in this paper by coinciding the 1st principal component of the segmented hand gestures with vertical axes. In feature extraction phase, this work extracts localized contour sequences (LCS) and block based features and proposes a novel mixture of features (or combined features) for better representation of static hand gesture. The combined features are applied as input to multiclass support vector machine (SVM) classifier to recognize static hand gesture. The proposed system is implemented and tested on three different hand alphabet databases. FR4 is used as a substrate having permittivity 4.4. The proposed design has a compact size which is compatible with the present handheld devices. Planar Inverted-F Antennas or simply PIFA are mostly used in hand held wireless devices due to their compact size, good bandwidth and moderate radiation patterns. This paper proposes a sub channel and power-allocation algorithms to provide the quality-of-service (QoS) requirements for each user. The resource allocation problems are non-convex, Because of their non-convex nature, there is no guarantee that solution obtained is to be optimal. Hence Proper allocation of bandwidth and power is necessary for ensuring the utilization and optimal performance of the resources in the OFDMA networks. Virtualization means multiple virtual machines (VM) on single physical machine.During process of migration, VM move one physical machine to another. In offline migration, process is stopped till the virtual machine can continue on target machine, while in live migration process can execute without interrupted. Live migration is a migration during which the VM seems to be responsive all the time from clients' perspective. In Data centre, live migration of virtual machine performs important role. Live migration has been extensively used in load balancing, energy reduction and dynamic resizing to increase availability and hardware maintenance. Which cause transferring huge number of unnecessary memory pages resulting into increase in the total migration time and downtime. Proposed approach of modifying optimized pre-copy will reduce unnecessary transfer of pages and its combination with Characteristic Based Compression (CBC) algorithm will handle two factors viz. The main contribution of the paper is the integration of meta-materials lens with rectangular micro-strip patch antenna, in order to achieve high gain, enhanced beam directivity and wide bandwidth. Incorporation of meta-material embellishes the performance of the antenna, as it encompasses the exceptional properties. An ant colony algorithm based on dynamic local (DLACA) search is proposed, means that each ant has the ability of local search and it can use the ability according to the real-time condition, which enhances the algorithm's search quality and improve the stabilization of solutions; meanwhile, used dynamic policy to updated pheromone. After each travelling, if find a better road, this better road is allowed to update the pheromone severely, which prevents premature convergence. Besides, the combination of dynamic local search and local optimal jumping can again to the stagnation of the algorithm. However, the majority of intellectual property agencies are small or medium size enterprises which are small-scale, less funding and tech-support, scattered layout, and have strong demands. Cloud-computing as an emerging technology presents significance for small and medium-sized enterprises of intellectual property service industry. A business hosting cloud described in this paper is designed for the business consumers referred above. At first, this paper will present the current situation of intellectual property service, and a business hosting cloud platform faced to the intellectual property industry will be proposed. In the second part, this paper will describe the architecture of the business hosting cloud which is mainly composed of the business hosting platform and the management test platform. In previous work, the project team did a lot of research on virtualization technology of devices, and a uniform resource pool of this cloud-platform will be detailed as well as the distributed object storage and the elastic block storage that is used for efficient data access.
