They increase species diversity and provide immersive yet naturalistic experiences for both species and visitors. Although mixed-species exhibits are a common housing method for animals in zoological collections, the literature on these enclosures is limited. Animals, keepers, and visitors have the potential to benefit, or be challenged MSE, so investigations of the benefits and limitations of this practice is necessary. This study investigated the presence of MSE in a range of England zoological collections and in zoo and aquarium-based literature. Additionally, zoo professional perception of MSE was investigated using online questionnaires. The study identified a mismatch between the types of species that feature in zoo and aquarium MSE, versus those that appear in the MSE literature. MSEs were identified as being enriching from both an animal and visitor perspective, yet there was sometimes limited information on the research output to support these statements. Using CiteSpace and the topic model, a visual analysis of the research on “empty chair technique” in the last sixty years in the context of psychological counseling was conducted. {"title":"The Relationship between Time Personality and Teachers’ Emotional Exhaustion: A Moderated Mediation Model","authors":"Percy Leung, Dong-Ryul Choo","doi":"10.56397/jrssh.2022.12.04","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.56397/jrssh.2022.12.04","url":null,"abstract":"In the highly interconnected and connected contemporary environment, work connectivity behavior has become an inevitable typical situation for most teachers. Individuals with different time personality traits not only differ in time management, time planning, and multi-tasking tendencies, but also have different time perceptions of the same physical time. However, how individuals with different time personalities affect emotional exhaustion in work connectivity behavior scenarios needs to be further explored. Based on conservation of resource (COR) theory, differences in time personality traits show different degrees of emotional exhaustion through individuals’ work connectivity behavior. Meanwhile, organizational citizenship behavior, as very important extra-role behavior, can positively influence organizational functioning and interpersonal interactions within the organization, and based on attribution theory, individuals with high levels of organizational citizenship behavior would perceive off-time work connectivity behavior as altruistic and pro-organizational behavior. Therefore, this study integrated two theoretical perspectives to explain the effect of time personality on emotional exhaustion, the mediation of work connectivity behavior and the moderating role of organizational citizenship behavior (helping behavior or civic morality dimensions), both of which play a role in predicting emotional exhaustion based on time personality. In this study, the analysis of the valid data obtained from 630 teachers revealed: (1) Time personality has a positive significant effect on emotional exhaustion. (2) Work connectivity behavior mediates the relationship between time personality and emotional exhaustion. (3) Two dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior, helping behavior and civic morality, inversely moderate the relationship between work connectivity behavior and emotional exhaustion and the mechanism by which time personality positively facilitates emotional exhaustion through the mediation of work connectivity behavior. People’s perception of time is accelerating under the wave of informationization. Human activities have become quantifiable, virtual, and ubiquitous “digital labor” in the vast cyberspace. Based on Harvey’s postmodern Marxist perspective, the deconstruction and criticism of modern rationality return to the reflection and confrontation of centrifugalized subjectivity in the framework of value rationality. The post-industrial era has entered a stage of elastic accumulation, where modernity and post-modernity, rationality and value, humanism and science are in constant conflict and collision in economic, social and cultural development. Also, the compression of space and time has expanded the production space of traditional labor that is contrary to modernity, has intensified the exploitation of private ownership under the logic of capital. Specifically, this study sought to assess the effect of stress management techniques across gender on task performance among secondary school student leaders in Kisumu County, Kenya. The study was guided by Cognitive Appraisal theory. To realize this objective, Descriptive and Correlation research designs were used. The target population was male and female student leaders in secondary schools in Kisumu County. Stratified random sampling technique was used to select 1275 student leaders, 53 deputy head teachers and 53 head teachers. Data was generated through questionnaires. Reliability of the instruments was tested using Cronbach alpha and it gave an overall internal consistency of 0.7, hence reliable. Analysis of data was done using percentages, t-test and regression. The findings of the study show that female student leaders are more effective in task performance than their male counterparts. Secondly, the results indicate that gender has a moderating effect on task performance among student leaders. Students are an important user of Micro-blog and an important target of Micro-blog marketing, in the face of the existence of a variety of English learning methods and diversified microblog marketing methods in Micro-blog, how students view the marketing methods of Micro-blog, how to respond, is an important basis for Micro-blog and enterprises in Micro-blog marketing to formulate corresponding business strategies. This article consists of three chapters. Chapter 1 first introduces the current situation of contemporary students’ choice behavior and analyzes the attitude and impact of contemporary students on microblog marketing through the current situation and questionnaire survey data. Chapter 2 combines Chapter 4’s students’ attitudes and behaviors towards microblog marketing and puts forward suggestions for improving microblog platforms and microblog businesses. This article mainly focuses on the relationships among people’s mental health, education level, age, gender, race, and household income during the pandemic from 2020 to 2021. The earlier researchers had findings before the pandemic, but we do not know whether the findings are suitable for the circumstances in the pandemic. This research is advocating for solving this issue. This article’s mediation model utilizes household income and education level as mediators for analyzing the data. Based on the data, the final results show that higher household income people, elderly people, white males, and people with higher education levels tend to have fewer mental health issues than others. Traditional folk dance is the reproduction of life, the expression of thoughts and emotions of ethnic groups, and has the attribute of national identity. In the process of urbanization evolution of Northeast Yangko Dance, it contains ethnic migration and cultural belonging. The participation and emphasis of Northeast Yangko Dance in folk affects the development of sub-ecological folk dance and stage art folk dance. This study uses the research methods of survey and interview, combined with the theory of dance ecology, to study the folk ecological status quo of Northeast Yangko Dance in Heilongjiang Province, and analyzes the status quo of urban square dance, middle-aged and elderly dance troupes, university dance clubs and activities. Through research, the main reasons that restrict the development of the Northeast Yangko Dance include: the traditional Northeast Yangko Dance costumes are rustic, the music is not fashionable, the dance movements are difficult to learn, there are few plays that can be learned, the lack of director, the lack of watching ways, the outdated style, and the lack of attention from schools and students. The new goal of above policy is to comprehensively use various means to prevent China’s further rise and continue to maintain U.S. comparative advantage. However, the U.S. has been in trouble in recent years in Eastern Europe and the Middle East, unable to focus on China’s rise. Therefore, uniting Japan, India, and Australia to share the responsibility and obligation to balance China among the so-called G4 will not only meet the strategic needs of dealing with China’s threat, but also reduce the pressure of U.S. global strategic contraction. For Japan, India and Australia, in the face of an increasingly aggressive China, all three countries feel the need to seek the support and help of the United States, a major power outside the region, to maintain regional balance of power and balance. From the theoretical perspective of offensive realism, the Indo-Pacific strategy embodies the policy preferences of the four countries for establishing a balance of power and shirking responsibility in the process of maintaining the balance of regional power structures.
