Increasing community capacity in conservation activities is one of the important elements for conservation to be successful. The aim of this research is to understand and explore the implementation of social innovation in the form of the Super-Man Program which aims to increase the sustainability of Edu-Eco Farming and its impact on the community in Sumanding Village. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving data collection through observation, interviews and document analysis. The research results show that the Super-Man Program has succeeded in implementing social innovation in the development of Edu-Eco Farming in Sumanding Village. This innovation includes the use of local resources, the use of minimal input from outside, a combination of food crops, basic sustainable biological principles, sustainable ecology, and the use of appropriate technology. The success of the Super-Man Program is reflected in several things, including a portrait of the element of novelty of the Super-MAN Sumanding program which can produce new products, new production processes and new markets. This background program is based on Tasikharjo Village's imbalanced economy in the Jenu district. The existence of an orange plantation managed properly by a group through Gapoktan Sumber Rejeki was able to increase economic matters from society, build a cooperation culture, and encourage local development. The implementation of this program involves cooperation from various stakeholders, such as government, private actors, and non-governmental institutions. This paper examines collaboration between stakeholders in program implementation with collaborative governance concepts. This research was done used a qualitative approach to obtain phenomena experienced by the research object to be explained with analysis descriptive techniques. Farmer participation is an indicator of the success of the IP400 program. This study aims to describe the socio-economic characteristics of farmers, determine the level of farmer participation, and analyze the relationship between the socio-economic characteristics of farmers and the level of farmer participation. The method used is a descriptive quantitative data analysis method in the form of rank spearman. As a conservation forest, Masigit Kareumbi Game Reserve (TBMK) area is very important in CO2 absorption and O2 production. The TBMK Conservation Area has a fairly high level of social pressure which was the background for the emergence of the Forest Adoption program. Caring for and protecting the highly pressured TBMK area will be important for human life as the area acts as CO2 absorption, O2 production area, water catchment area, and clean water provider for the surrounding community. Bio Farma participates in caring for and protecting TBMK forests by participating in the Forest Adoption program. Wali Pohon PT Bio Farma (Persero) has carbon stocks of 134.095 tons, a CO2 absorption value of 418.464 tons/hectare/year, and an O2 production value of 358.0.33 tons/hectare/year. As waste, FABA, which originally had the status of Hazardous & Toxic Waste (B3) until it became Non-hazardous waste, must be managed properly following Government Regulations and Minister of Environment & Forestry Regulations. FABA management carried out by UP Pacitan is in the form of massive utilization of FABA in the packaging of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program or what is currently also known as Social & Environmental Responsibility. FABA utilization program is in line with the corporate strategy in maintaining the life of the landfill as FABA storage area which will continue to be filled as long as the PLTU Pacitan operates. In addition, this program also have positive impacts on the wider community by transforming FABA into village road casting activities, construction of habitable houses, stabilization of non-productive land, revitalization of rest areas in Ring I, and FABA is used as a mixture of paving/brick production by micro, small and medium enterprises. The creation of \"shared value\" or Creating Shared Value (CSV) in the FABA utilization program is a form of alignment between corporate strategy and the challenges of addressing social and environmental issues. Climate change is also caused by the presence of waste that continues to grow. The majority of waste sources in Indonesia come from household waste. Waste management can be carried out directly at the source by processing it through groups in the community, as is done by TPST Masa Sejati and PETRATONIK. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method to explain community-based organic waste management which has an impact on climate change mitigation at PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional RU V Balikpapan. Efforts to handle waste are carried out by processing organic waste into compost using the Takakura method and bioconversion of waste through BSF. Besides being useful for reducing waste, this handling activity also provides added value to the community's income. The results of this study show that the CSR program carried out by PT Pertamina Internasional RU V Balikpapan Refinery enables the community to process organic waste in their environment (the source) into something of economic value and has implications for reducing methane gas, which is one of the greenhouse gases that is released into the atmosphere. Main actors and business actors in agriculture play an important role in increasing products and productivity is also one of the indicators of the success rate of development in agriculture. The purpose of this study is to determine and interpret the forms of social capital that are owned by its use in the sustainability of the Tambi coffee business. The research methods used are in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study found that the social capital of Tambi coffee farmers was built with mutual trust in establishing good cooperative relationships, not only with fellow coffee farmers but also relationships with other parties. The sustainability of the coffee business is colored by norms found in daily life formed between coffee farmers, coffee entrepreneurs, and PT Geo Dipa Energi (Persero) Dieng Unit. They adhere to these norms together in their business activities to make a profit. There is a value of the spirit of learning and working hard which aims to increase productivity, the value of friendliness, cleanliness as a form of action to bind relationships with consumers and customers, and creativity as a value to overcome competition in business. The empowerment assistance carried out by the company aims to improve the habits of farmers in agricultural land processing techniques that are not environmentally friendly and to increase the capacity of group members in developing agriculture. Another goal is to encourage the optimization of the application of irrigation management on agricultural land, regulate land spatial planning to strengthen group institutions. The program implemented by the company promotes inclusivity by taking into account the needs and interests of members of women's groups. This effort is carried out through education related to the processing of harvested products and access to marketing as well as empowerment in social and political aspects so that they have the capability to be directly involved and actively participate in group planning and policies. Therefore, this research is focused on analyzing the participation and role of women farmers and the social capital owned by the group in encouraging the sustainability of the community empowerment program initiated by CSR PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional RU II Produksi Sungai Pakning. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach supported by data collection techniques by snowball sampling. The results of the study show that economic factors are the main reason why female members of the Maju Jaya Bersama Farmer Group join to help meet household needs. They have a significant role in managing agricultural land even though they have a double burden because they still have to work at home. Their active participation in forms, ideas, labor, and decision-making has resulted in changes in land management and management systems that are able to overcome problems within the group.
