The reduction ofgray matter is noticeable in depression, especially inmajor depression disorder. There are variousPsychological and medical treatments available fordepression disorder, such as cognitive therapy anddrugs like Ginkgo Biloba and Glutathione. Gingko Bilobaplays a role in dementia and cerebral deficiencies. Atthe same time, glutathione is an antioxidant thatprevents the brain from reacting with oxygen speciesand is good at maintaining cellular thiol status.Glutathione also removed depressive-like behavior inmice through its oral administration. The time taken byeach therapy is approximately 3-6 months. Cognitivetherapy works by altering thinking patterns, and if it iscombined with medication therapy of GSH and GingkoBiloba, calculating the appropriate dose early and longlasting results can appear.
