Asmiati Salim, Marine and fisheries office of Sulawesi Selatan Province. Under supervision of Danial and Ihsan. It is important to have appropriate facility in order to support Fishing Port working progress in Bebu Galesong Utara fishing port. Incapacity one of the facility could obstruct the activity in that particular location. This problem frequently found in many fishing port in Indonesia. Beba Fishing Port is one of 23 Fishing port which contribute to original local government revenue in Sulawesi Selatan. The aim of this study is to analyze Beba fishing Port Facility for its development and optimizing under utilization facility. Methods used in this study includes various survey methods to gather fact and indication to find factual information about institution, social, economy, and politics in Beba Fishing Port. Descriptive analysis used in identifying towards existing facility and activity includes renumeration on fish auction facility, port and shipping pools. The result show, based on thirteen existing port activity included in Minesterial Decree No. 08/MEN/2012 regarding Fishing Port Affairs. The catch of flying fish is mostly still young fish (not yet worth catching). The demand for flying fish is quite high due to the existence of special stalls of smoke fly fish around fishing settlements. Apart from smoke flying fish, dried flying fish are also sold as souvenirs. Therefore, fishermen will continue to increase production. Various results of research and field observations show that gill net is able to catch flying fish well but the size of fish caught is dominated by young fish. The effort to increase the net mesh size to 1.5 inches resulted in the diminishing number of young flying fish. Catching flying fish in Majene waters is generally carried out with drifting gill nets with mesh sizes of 1 and 1.25 inches which are very intensive every fishing season while L50 (11.92 cm) and Lm (13.59 cm) for 1 inch more net mesh size were smaller compared to the length of the first gonad maturity, in this case most of the catch is still classified as young fish (Palo, 2009). Partners are a group of flying fish fishermen. Partner problems, flying fish production is getting smaller, group capacity is not strong and group management is still weak. Partners have not been able to obtain assistance facilities from various community empowerment programs carried out by the government. The approach to be used in this service includes: identification, observation, counseling, demonstration, construction, application, assistance, field observation and evaluation monitoring. Indicators of the success of activities are measured based on the results of the application of technology compared to the results of fishing gear commonly used by fishermen. Implementation of service includes counseling, construction of fishing gear, fishing operations and assistance has been going well. The size of 1.5-inch mesh is only able to catch flying fish in a limited amount, while the size of the 1.25-inch mesh can catch flying fish in relatively large numbers. Management Analysis of Maccini Baji Fish Landing Bases in Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency. Guided by Danial and Ihsan. Study aims to analyze the improvement of the functions and infrastructure facilities of PPIs and formulate management strategies. This research was conducted in May to July 2018. The survey method was supported by primary and secondary data with a Purposive Sampling system. Data analysis is utilization analysis and SWOT analysis. The results showed that the facilities contained in the PPI Maccini Baji for pond ponds need to be dredged as deep as 2.25 m because they have a shallow depth of 0 meters at the lowest tide. Meanwhile, the dock is still in the form of a revetment so that in the future it is necessary to build a pier. Ice Factory Facilities and SPDN also still require additional stock to meet all the requirements around the PPI. From the results of the SWOT analysis showing the coordinates of 1.4: 1.25 which are in the quadrant I position or aggressive strategy, this condition is to support an aggressive growth policy (growth oriented strategy) by maximizing every strength possessed and utilizing existing opportunities. Potential is spread along the coast which requires up-to-date information, namely position and area which is the basis for optimally and sustainably planning and managing coastal areas. The aim of this study is to map the potential of coastal ecosystem resources and coastal facilities along with their respective areas. This research uses a method with the Remote Sensing Technology and Geographic Information System (GIS) approach. The type of satellite data used is Spot-6 observation of 2018. The results obtained up-to-date data and information related to coastal area ecosystems and coastal facilities, namely mangrove ecosystems (327.22 ha), seagrass ecosystems (197.3 ha), coral reef ecosystems (0 Ha), artificial ecosystems in the form of ponds (13,792 , 57 ha) and beach facilities in the form of seven fishing ports and piers. The purpose of this research is to know the kinds of Spiny Lobster, length-weight relationship and the sex ratio in the spermonde Island. To achieve these goals then performed the measurement of biological parameters, namely the measurement of length, weight, and sex ratio determination. The method to be used is the measurement of the length of the carapace with uses measurent board, heavy with weights, and to sex by looking at the characteristics on the abdomen. Observations made on the island was the location of a 6 catching Spiny Lobster by dividing three (3) Zones based on the distance from the coast and the population.Was found that there were three types of Spiny Lobster namely spiny lobster pearls (P. Ornatus) as 334 individual lobster or 39,06 %, Spiny Lobster bamboo (P. versicolor) as many as 312 individual lobster or 36,49 %, and Spiny Lobster batik (P. Longipes) as 209 individual lobster or 24,44 % .The sex ratio of spiny lobster of spiny lobster batik (P. longipes) is 0,51:0,49, or (1:1) , Spiny Lobster pearls (P.ornatus) is 0,51: 0,49 or (1:1) and Spiny Lobster bamboo (P. Versicolor) is 0,63: 0,37 or (2:1). The presence of this policy is also one way to overcome the exploitation of Indonesia's marine resources. This study aims to determine the differences in fish catches smaller than 30 GT, knowing the impact of the moratorium policy on permits for ex-foreign vessels to catch smaller fishermen 30 GT and knowing the direction of fisheries resource management in the Republic of Indonesia fisheries management area RI) 716. The comparative analysis of the two samples correlated with the results turns out that there are differences in the level of catches of the smaller fishermen 30 GT before and after the moratorium (2013 and 2016). The impact of the moratorium on the licensing of ex-foreign vessels on fishermen has led to an increase in unemployment of local ABK and ex-foreign ship crews, while fishing vessels smaller than 30 GT have increased their catch. In addition, it is expected to be able to provide information to stakeholders as a material consideration in taking the policy of managing the coastal areas of Pangkep and Pinrang Regencies. The method used in this study is analysis of shoreline changes based on survey and mapping methods, interpretation of SPOT 6 images for shoreline changes and SWOT analysis for strategy direction determination. The results of image interpretation show that the extent of shoreline changes that occurred in Pangkep Regency amounted to 38.74 Ha in the form of accretion and 13.99 Ha in the form of abrasion, whereas for Pinrang Regency the extent of shoreline change was 158.15 Ha which experienced accretion and 41.88 Ha in the form of abrasion. The research was conducted on 01 September to 31 October 2018 on the Kodingareng Island of Makassar City. The method used in this study is: descriptive analysis, business feasibility analysis, and SWOT analysis. The results of the study indicate that alternative livelihoods that are feasible to develop are fiberglass manufacturing business, abon fish processing business, and fish cracker processing business.
