This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students of class X SMK Negeri 2 Bengkulu City, amounting to 340 students. The sample in this study used purposive simple sampling, which is a sample based on consideration of certain criteria with a sample size of 52 students. The data collection technique used documentation techniques Novia Fitri Yanti, Didi Yulistio, Agus Joko Purwadi 340 Jurnal Ilmiah Korpus, Vol. 4(3), 2020 in the form of a poetry writing test that was done by students. The ability to write poetry with the theme of the Covid-19 pandemic is assessed from five aspects, namely the suitability of the theme and content of the poetry, choice of words or diction, imagination, language style and rhyme / rhythm. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistics by calculating the average value. The results of this study indicate that the average ability to write poetry with the Covid-19 pandemic in class X SMK Negeri 2 Bengkulu City is 62.52 in the sufficient category. The average ability of students to write poetry with the theme of the Covid-19 pandemic based on the suitability of the theme and the content of the poetry was 19.03 with a good category. The average ability of students to write poetry with the theme of the Covid-19 pandemic based on the aspect of word choice or diction was 12.63 in the sufficient category. The average ability of students to write poetry with the theme of the Covid-19 pandemic based on the image aspect is 13.19 in a good category. The average ability of students to write poetry with the theme of the Covid-19 pandemic based on the aspect of language style is 11.31 in the sufficient category. The average ability of students to write poetry with the theme of the Covid-19 pandemic based on the rhyme / rhythm aspect was 6.31 in the sufficient category. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the students' ability to write poetry is in the sufficient category where students still have difficulty writing poetry based on the building blocks of poetry. The method used in this research was a descriptive method. The data of this study came from the preacher's utterances which contained persuasion techniques and lingual markers contained in the persuasion technique. The research data collection technique was the observation technique and the recording technique. The data analysis technique used was qualitative data analysis. Based on the results of research and discussion, Fifi Alfionita Anggraini, Ngudining Rahayu, Bambang Djunaidi 304 Jurnal Ilmiah Korpus, Vol. 4(3), 2020 it was found that in the introduction, content, and closing of the sermon, there are 5 persuasion techniques, namely direct persuasion techniques; indirect persuasion techniques; persuasion techniques using references; persuasion techniques using an analogy; and persuasion techniques using hope and prayer. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah teknik simak bebas libat cakap (SBLC), teknik rekam dan angket/kuesioner. Langkah-langkah analisis data terdapat lima tahap yaitu, (1) transkripsi data, (2) pengkodean data, (3) klasifikasi data, (4) analisis data dan (5) penyimpulan. Hasil analisis data penelitian ditemukan bentuk campur kode tingkat kata dan struktur frasa serta klausa. Campur kode bentuk tingkat kata yaitu bahasa Rejang, bahasa Melayu Bengkulu, bahasa Inggris dan bahasa Jawa. Campur kode bentuk struktur yaitu (a) struktur frasa bahasa Rejang dan bahasa Jawa. (b) Strukur klausa yaitu bahasa Rejang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 13 Kota Bengkulu pada tanggal 10 Maret 2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini semua siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 13 Kota Bengkulu yang berjumlah 149 siswa., dan sampel diambil sebanyak 50 siswa secara acak. Kemampuan menulis teks tanggapan ini dinilai dari tiga aspek, yaitu isi, struktur teks, dan kebahasaan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes berupa penugasan kepada siswa untuk menulis teks tanggapan berdasarkan film pendek. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa cerita asal usul buteu jung merupakan legenda, dan tergolong ke dalam legenda setempat. Dibuktikan dengan di dalam cerita terdapat cerita Desa Rindu Hati, Talang Kering, Tanah Patah, dan Taba Penanjung. The subject of this research is one Indonesian teacher who teaches in class VIII SMPN 1 Kecamatan Pondok Kelapa, Central Bengkulu Regency. Technique of collecting data using observation and interview. Data analysis techniques used are Miles and Huberman which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Test the validity of the data using credibility test conducted by triangulation. The results showed that the teacher has implemented the core competence of one / spiritual attitude through the activity of saying and responding greetings, praying together, performing the prayers at school and keeping the environment around the school. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deksriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pertanyaan bacaan yang terdapat di dalam buku teks bahasa Indonesia jenjang SMP pada tingkat kognitif memahami (C2) mendominasi dengan proporsi persentase yang jauh lebih besar dibandingkan tingkat kognitif lainnya. Kemudian, hasil tersebut belum memenuhi proporsi soal yang baik, yaitu 30% untuk C1 dan C2, 40% untuk C3 dan C4, 30% untuk C5 dan C6. (2) Pertanyaan bacaan yang terdapat di dalam buku teks bahasa Indonesia jenjang SMP masih ada kategori yang belum memenuhi ciri pertanyaan yang baik yaitu terdapat di dalam ciri nomor (3) Pertanyaan hanya untuk satu masalah, nomor (5) Jawaban bukan sekadar ya atau tidak.
