Hartanto, Parmono Bikan","doi":"10.36835/modeling.v5i1.204","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.36835/modeling.v5i1.204","url":null,"abstract":"Pemerintah dalam rangka menjamin dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan pegawai negeri, secara teratur mengadakan perumahan dinas bagi pegawai negeri tersebut, yang di antara rumah-rumah dinas tersebut ada yang disediakan untuk dimiliki secara sewa beli oleh pegawai yang bersangkutan untuk menjamin tersedianya rumah tinggal bagi pegawai tersebut pada masa sesudah pensiun, yang pembayarannya dipotongkan dari gaji pegawai negeri yang bersangkutan tiap bulannya, dan dibuat perjanjian sewa beli di hadapan Notaris dan ada jangka waktunya. Setelah habis jangka waktu sewa beli maka ada Surat Pelepasan Hak dari pemerintah yang dibuat di hadapan notaris kepada pegawai negeri yang membeli rumah dinas tersebut. Berdasarkan uraian di atas tersebut, maka penelitian ini betujuan untuk menganalisis otentisitas akta jual beli notariil atas tanah pemerintah yang dibeli oleh pegawai negeri; dan menganalisis bentuk perlindungan hukum bagi pegawai negeri sebagai pembeli tanah untuk rumah tinggal dari pemerintah. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normative, dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual. Hasil penelitian ini yakni, autentisitas akta jual beli atas tanah pemerintah yang dibeli oleh Pegawai Negeri adalah sah dan mempunyai kekuatan pembuktian yang sempurna, namun dalam hal untuk pengurusan pemberian hak milik di Kantor Pertanahan, maka akta jual beli tersebut tidak dapat dipergunakan sebagai persyaratannya, melainkan Akta atau Surat Pelepasan Hak dari pemerintah yang dibuat di hadapan Notaris. The capacity of teachers in implementing the learning process required to better utilize existing facilities. Similarly, in the media, teachers are expected to use learning media information and communication technology (ICT) so that the learning process is readily accepted by learners. \u0000The conditions found in the majority of teachers in Government Elementary School (MI) Thoriqul Huda Randuharjo Pungging District of Mojokerto in developing learning media is not maximized. This encourages this devotion to study and try to provide solutions through the development of training activities based learning media information and communication technology (ICT). With training and mentoring are expected to improve the capacity of teachers to develop instructional media-based information and communication technology (ICT). \u0000The strategic steps to be taken in the process of implementing service programs in the field of education are: Preliminary Study; Focus Group Discussion (FGD); Preparation of the Action Plan; ICT learning media development training; Mentoring action; Reflection - Action Service - Recommendations. \u0000This assistance activities provides the following results: the teachers involved in the process of intensive ICT training which plays an active role during the training and mentoring; teachers train in ICT-based learning media microsoft office powerpoint and macromedia flash; and teachers practice teaching media ICT in the learning process in low grade and high grade in MI Thoriqul Huda Randuharjo. The quality instructional materials that teachers use in their classroom greatly affect students’ knowledge acquisition and their skill development. The existing and easily accessable instructional materials could widen teachers’ horizon. However, misperception and misunderstanding could occur among students if the learning materials are not properly selected and taught. Ideally, teachers should develop creative, innovative, interesting, and effective instructional materials for use in their classroom. The multimedia besed instructional materials can and should be developed and used by teachers of Islamic education in school. This paper aims at discussing the development of instructional materials in general; the relationship between teachers and instructional materials; and the importance of designing teahchers’ made instructional materials using multimedia for Islamic education. This research method using quantitative research. Research location in UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. The results describe the amount of variance that can be explained by the fakor formed in each variable. The value of communalities for the play method is 0.979 means that 98% of the factors formed are able to explain the variance of the facility attributes that support the singing method. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan Religiusitas dalam Novel 99 Hari di Prancis karya Wiwid Prasetiyo dengan menggunakan kajian feminisme. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik dokumentasi, karena data diambil dalam novel 99 Hari di Prancis karya Wiwid Prasetiyo yang terbit pada bulan Desember 2012 dengan tebal 482 halaman. Penelitian yang menggunakan metode deskripsi kualitatif ini akan membedah tentang “agama dan wanita” yang tidak dapat dipisahkan satu dengan yang lainnya. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah (1) religiusitas harus terpatri dalam hati setiap insan, (2) ketidakadilan kerap dirasakan oleh wanita, dan (3) perjuangan Maria untuk memperoleh feminisme, yang juga harus diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Jadi kesimpulan adalah religiusitas harus terpatri dalam hati setiap individu. Niscaya, religiusitas akan menuntun manusia ke jalan yang benar. Selain itu, wanita bukanlah orang yang lemah, semua orang mempunyai hak dan kewajiban yang sama. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif-kualitatif.Objek penelitian adalah siswa peserta Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) dari keluarga peserta Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) yang berjumlah 50 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakanmetode angket dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terhadap siswa peserta PIP dari keluarga peserta PKH di SDN Jogosatru Sidoarjo, tercatat 56% dari peserta PIP yang menggunakan hanya sebagian dana bantuan PIP untuk keperluan pendidikan. Sedangkan untuk dana bantuan melalui PKH, tercatat 60% dari peserta PKH yang menggunakan hanya sebagian dana bantuan PKH untuk keperluan pendidikan dan kesehatan. Dengan demikian, disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan dana bantuan pendidikan dari pemerintah baik melalui Program Indonesia Pintar maupun melalui Program Keluarga Harapan kurang efektif. Bantuan pendidikan dari pemerintah tidak tepat sasaran dan sebagian disalahgunakan. {"title":"Penerapan Model Pembelajaran POE (Predict, Observe, Explain) untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Pemecahan Masalah pada Mata Pelajaran IPA di Sekolah Dasar","authors":"Novaria Lailatul Jannah","doi":"10.36835/MODELING.V4I1.110","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.36835/MODELING.V4I1.110","url":null,"abstract":"Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pemecahan masalah siswa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran POE (Predict, Observe, Explain) pada pembelajaran IPA. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dan tes, dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran POE(Predict, Observe, Explain), kemampuan keterampilan pemecahan masalah siswa kelasV pada mata pelajaran IPA mengalami peningkatan setiap siklusnya. Ketuntasan klasikal tes kemampuan keterampilan pemecahan masalah siswa pada Siklus I mencapai 59% dan mengalami peningkatan pada Siklus II menjadi 89% yang telah mencapai indikator keberhasilan sebesar 80%. Sedangkan hasil belajar siswa pada Siklus I mencapai 62,1% dan mengalami peningkatan menjadi 86% yang telah mencapai indikator keberhasilan sebesar 80%. Data hasil observasi aktivitas guru menunjukkan peningkatan pada tiap siklusnya. Pada Siklus I aktivitas guru mencapai 73,7%, pada Siklus II meningkat menjadi 87,5%. Sedangkan aktivitas siswa selama pembelajaran mengalami peningkatan dari Siklus I menunjukan persentase sebesar 59,5% dan pada Siklus II naik menjadi 85%. Aktivitas guru dan siswa telah mampu mencapai indikator keberhasilan sebesar 80%.
