Firstly, a CTMC (Continuous Time Markov Chain) model of cluster system containing three cluster nodes is constructed with failure rate (λ), repair rate (μ), CMF rate (7), reconfiguration rate (β) and reset rate (á) etc. Then the steady state solution of the CMTC model is concerned by solving the equations with the combination of several parameters. Subsequently, the effect of probability of being in automatic recovery mode (k) on availability of cluster system is analyzed and discussed via numerical values-based chart thereby. The main reason for restricting the development of public cultural service industry is the imperfect service platform construction. The development cost of the new media service platform is high, and the portability is low, which limits its application. The public cultural services media in web forms, across the terminal and geographical, make audience extensive and diverse. Among them, the front end of the web is a layer that has the most direct interaction with the user. The application of the web platform strengthen the interaction between the media and the audience, and this participatory culture is the best way for the future development of cultural communication. From the display type web to the application type web changes, as well as the more massive contents of the public cultural services, which will inevitably lead to the development of front-end engineering. Firstly this paper introduces the background of the development of the web front-end. And then proposing a solution from the four aspects of component, modular, standardization and automation. Thus, designing energy-efficient NoC architecture is imperative. Multi-NoC (Multiple Network-on-Chip) behaves well in power gating for reducing leakage power, which constitutes a significant fraction of NoC power. In this paper, we propose CRA, a novel Multi-NoC design with distinct routing algorithms for different subnets. Integrated with a congestion-aware power gating and packet scheduling policy, CRA is able to achieve low power without degrading performance at varying network utilization. This paper presents a novel feature extension method based on the TNG model to solve this problem. This algorithm can infers not only the unigram words distribution but also the phrases distribution on each topic. We can build a feature extension library using TNG algorithm. Base on the original features in short texts, we can compute the topic tendency for each of these texts. According to the topic tendency, the appropriate candidate words and phrases are selected from the feature extension library. And then these candidate words and phrases are put into original short texts. After extending features, we use the LDA and SVM algorithm to classify these expanded short texts and use precision, recall and F1-score to evaluate the effect of classification. This turns out to be a generalization of the online bipartite matching problem. In this paper, search engines decide the strategy to allocate resources with an advertiser credibility factor under budget constraints. Based on the optimal algorithm, which is the notion of a trade-off revealing LP, this paper remains the competitive ratio as 1–1/e with an advertiser credibility factor. During the ranking in the keywords auctions, CTR(Click Through Rate) and credibility factor are added to the trade-off function. In the long term, users tend to use the search engine with high credibility, which will bring greater revenues. It has significance value in both theoretical and practical. The similarity of two nodes in the networks is an essential factor to determine the probability of a potential link between them. One of the important methods with the similarity of two nodes is to consider common neighbors of two nodes. However, the number of common neighbors only describes a kind of quantitative relationship without taking into account the topology of given networks and the information of local structure which consist of a pair of nodes and their common neighbors. Therefore, we introduce the concept of the degrees of nodes and the idea of community structure and propose a new similarity index, namely, local affinity structure(LAS). The LAS method describes the closeness of a pair of nodes and their common neighbors. We evaluated LAS on twelve different networks compared with other three similarity based indexes which consider the degree of nodes. Recently ORB feature point is proposed, which has binary vector for feature descriptor, it greatly speeds up processing procedure for feature extraction and matching. In order to calculate the homography matrix between stitching sequence robustly, best of 2nd nearest matcher, cross-validation and RANSAC estimation are adopted. Registered images still have some color deviation in the same pixel position. If the traditional α-blending method is employed without consideration of the position information on the edge of the image, the stitching artifacts at image edges which largely affect the visual effects will be produced. A position-weighted image fusion algorithm which takes the location information of image pixels into consideration is also presented in this paper, so the image can be naturally stitched and the problem of artifacts is solved. The proposed algorithm is insensitive to complex noise presented in input image data. Furthermore, we propose a novel parallel framework for image stitching based on recent proposed ORB feature descriptor which is realized on a multicore DSP platform: TMS320C6678. The adoption of these services has been rapidly increasing. One of the main issues in this context is how to evaluate the ability of cloud systems to provide the desired services while respecting the QoS constraints. Experimentation in a real environment is a hard problem. In fact, the financial cost and the time required are very high. Also, the experiments are not repeatable, because a number of variables that are not under control of the tester may affect experimental results. Therefore, using simulation frameworks to evaluate cloud applications is preferred. This paper presents a survey of the existing simulation tools in cloud computing. It provides also a critical and comparative analysis of the studied tools.
