Pempek Mama Dea Pamulang MSMEs and Bundes are members of the Pamulang Estat MSME Community as WUB (New Entrepreneurs) who need to get coaching from several parties including from the academic field to be able to become a better MSME. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide insight, training, and assistance such as optimizing the use of digital marketing in product marketing. The urgent problem currently being faced by partners is the lack of awareness and knowledge/insight into the use of digital marketing to support increasing income and surviving the COVID-19 pandemic. Thus, in order to optimize sales through digital marketing, MSME actors need assistance. This Community Service activity uses mentoring and training methods with a service learning approach through material presentations, hands-on practice, and tutorials by the Community Service team face-to-face with strict procedures during the Covid-19 pandemic. Feedback from service activities by filling out questionnaires from participants. The result of the service activity is to market the products of MSME actors by optimizing digital marketing so that income increases. This study aims to determine community participation in waste management with a waste management system and to find out the benefits resulting from the existence of waste management through several programs. This research is a type of field research or field research. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Methods of data collection in this study using observation, interviews, and documentation. Participants used in this study is representative of the Environment Agency, the village head, head of the local (RW), youth clubs and organizations in the village. The problem for MSMEs today is the lack of ability and knowledge in the field of accounting, especially in recording and making financial reports. The PKN STAN Community Service Program is integrated with the Student Work Lecture (KKM) conducted by the Ak 106 group to help MSME actors to have the ability to manage their finances. The activity focused on providing technical guidance related to the use of SME Accounting applications to partners who own Halal Mart SMEs in Duri City, Bengkalis Regency, Riau. The method used in educating the use of SME Applications is the training and visiting system (LAKU) method, intending to help partners record and prepare financial reports. Therefore, it is necessary to empower and develop the potential of MSMEs whose perpetrators are recorded to reach 64.2 million and contribute more than half of the gross domestic product in 2021 through the PKM program. One of the biggest obstacles for MSME perpetrator is marketing their products by utilizing digital marketing which has a big impact as the times move towards modernity. So that education is needed on the use of appropriate media to market products from MSME perpetrator. From January to June 2022, in-depth interviews were conducted, it can be seen how much knowledge about digital marketing and based on the results of the interview, appropriate materials are made so that perpetrator can take advantage of technology and can independently develop their businesses. It turns out, perpetrator don't know much about digital marketing, so education is needed, from planning to execution. A marketing kit is an effective instrument for initiating product promotion operations. The requirements research, planning, creation of marketing kits, and mentoring of MSMEs are all part of the community service stage.The marketing kit was created without a hitch owing to the proprietor of Sorai Steamboat n Grill's helpful cooperation. Data collection techniques using interview methods, documentation and observation. Informants in this study included pesantren caretakers and regional and central pesantren caretakers. The form of data in this study is primary data and secondary data obtained from informants and supporting documents. Analysis of data through descriptive analysis. The activity approach method is through a participatory approach. This approach emphasizes efforts to improve human quality in order to increase real participation in activities. Devotion provides value to farmers and creates a positive image of the partner's location as the largest ornamental fish producer in West Java through the Ornamental Fish Village brand. In addition, by implementing the program effectively and sustainably, the program can motivate cultivators to develop their cultivation results. Which is why the group/writer, who’s a participant of the community development program, aims to provide assistance to MSMEs in the Cageur Village region in Kuningan in order to identify problems or constraints and try to formulate solutions so that the business’ performance increases. The results of mentoring showed that it had affected the business positively in various aspects such as improvements in marketing, operation and finance. However, it was found that the bazaar activities that were followed were not balanced with product sales, meaning that the product was empty of buyers. The target audience of this activity is cooperative members who live in Surabaya and require special attention such as having the status of a single parent, belonging to a Low Income Society (MBR), having children with special needs or disabilities. This community service activity is the implementation of SDG's no. 5 on gender equality and SDG's no. 8 on decent employment opportunities and economic growth. The problem experienced by partners is the lack of knowledge and skills of product arrangement display when participating in the exhibition. Vocational schools (SMK) are aimed to produce graduates who are ready-to-use to work in industries. However, SMK graduates are one of the major contributors to high unemployment in Indonesia. Teachers with skills in the field of computer technology are scarce. In addition, the facilities and infrastructure are limited in many SMK schools, especially in rural areas. This community service activity was carried out at SMK Muhammadiyah Tirtayasa. The school is located in the northern coastal rural area of Serang Regency. This community service activity provided assistance to Computer Aided Design (CAD) skills by targeting teachers and students. CAD skills can provide skills for vocational graduates who will have careers in industry. The result showed an increase in the skills of participants in the field of 2D/3D CAD drawing.
