O referencial teórico reflete sobre tais construtos (HACKMAN; OLDHAM, 1975; MEYER; ALLEN, 1991; RODRIGUES; BASTOS, 2010; RODRIGUES, 2011; SILVA, 2013). A partir do modelo proposto, traçou-se uma agenda de pesquisa que abraçou aspectos metodológicos (abordagens qualitativas para maior compreensão dos temas e suas inter-relações, e abordagens quantitativas com vistas à extensão de conclusões) e conexões conceituais e temáticas (com outros construtos aderentes ao campo do comportamento organizacional), a qual pode contribuir para o debate integrado dos construtos, ora ainda não realizado. O objetivo principal do estudo foi identificar projetos inovadores e empreendedores realizados pela associação e deles vislumbrar ciclos de ações empreendedoras. A metodologia utilizada é de natureza qualitativa, de caráter exploratório, por duas entrevistas semi estruturadas. O ciclo da ação define as oportunidades (meio inicial da ação) e a inovação (consequência da pratica da oportunidade) e o resultado que enseja nova ação empreendedora. Evidenciam-se aspectos inovadores, que no ciclo dizem respeito à ideia de criatividade no empreender, como fenômeno que ultrapassa os limites do indivíduo. However, there is no consensus on the methods or types of indicators to evaluate the performance of franchises and franchisees. Thus, based on Resource-Based View (RBV), this study aimed to identify the resources that have the potential to confer competitive advantages to forty franchisees of the largest franchise network of pharmacies in Brazil, ranking and categorizing their performance. The resources were analyzed according to the VRIO model, while the TOPSIS multicriteria method was used to establish the ranking and classification of the franchisees. As a result, reputation, area built, and location were the features that showed the greatest potential to confer competitive advantage on franchisees. In order to elaborate the Strategic Map and the BSC, questionnaires were applied, interviews and meetings were held with the managers and, finally, the improvement of the BSC approach, based on Petri (2005). The overall score of the BSC's improved approach has enabled us to visualize the current negative situation and its improvement after assigning the goals. The generated graphic representation allows the employees to have a better understanding of the performance of the DAP. The results corroborate previous studies on BSC in HEI, that it represents an important tool for communication and implementation of the strategy, and a self-assessment tool that HEIs can use to achieve the goal of performance management. Thus, to analyze how innovation strategy and practices adopted by the companies is a necessary step to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. The present work sought to capture the perception of the employees of a Brazilian bank in relation to the innovation management in the institution. We applied a questionnaire validated by Tidd, Bessant and Pavitt (2008) through a case study of a descriptive nature, which proposes to analyze the innovation management in five dimensions: strategy, processes, innovative organization, relationships and learning. It is considered the implementation process and the challenges of public policies aimed at the permanence of students during undergraduate studies, within the National Program of Student Assistance. The investigation is qualitative, based on documental analysis. The implementation process is presented at multiple levels. Thus, this work aims to identify the strategic tools aimed at employees that the company under study already has, as well as their perceptions about it. Regarding the methodology used, it was characterized as a descriptive research on the purposes and case study regarding the means of investigation. The target population was the 24 employees of the tactical and operational level and two managers of the strategic level. The study was characterized by the collection of primary data and with respect to the technique of analysis of these data was with qualitative approach. For the data collection with the employees of the tactical and operational levels a questionnaire was used with 21 closed questions and 3 open questions and with the managers a semi-structured interview was used. It was verified that the company offers some tools of the endomarketing for the partial motivation of the collaborators. However, there is a need for structuring so that these plans do not weaken, causing the employee's productivity to fall. Their perceptions about these tools are in line with those of the managers, not causing great divergence in the answers obtained. These perceptions were positive, because many employees are satisfied with the tools that the company already has.
