It is shown that small concentrations of heavy metals in soils can contribute to an increase in seed germination and germination energy, and high concentrations can reduce the quality of seed offspring and have a genotoxic effect. With increasing electric field strength, the electrolyte conductivity increases in an attempt to the limiting value. The relative increase in conductivity and relaxation time with increasing temperature increase and reaches 208% at 600 K.
