According to convention on biological diversity (C B D) in 2019, defines biodiversity as “the variety of life on earth, including plants, animals and microorganisms, as well as the ecosystem of which they are part. Biodiversity includes genetic differences within species, the diversity of species and the variety of ecosystem. The development and presence of roads infrastructures is the major indicator of economic growth. Research has shown that several important indicators of economy like trade, electricity, communication, health are positive correlated with the road infrastructure. Therefore any government of a country considers it important to invest in road infrastructure for feature prospect of the country with the best possible ways. However, consequences of road construction cannot be neglected. Roads construction for mobility and accessibility of people inevitably transforms natural habitat in to a sealed and highly disturbed environment which always implies net loss of wild life habitat. The physical encroachment on the land, gives rise to disturbance and barrier effects that contribute to the overall habitat loss, fragmentation and degradation in Sierra Leone. Humans are changing the original structure of ecological communities by roads infrastructure which increases the death rate of species. This modification in earth ecological communities causes a compelling concern for ecosystem diversity loss Sierra Leone, like most developing countries trying to construct roads for mobility and accessibility. Road construction projects undertaken by government or NGOs in Sierra Leone can reduce landscape permeability. Therefore the fundamental changes in landscape structure have both direct and indirect impacts on the conservation of species and biodiversity. The direct loss refers to the reduction of the total area of an ecosystem caused by the presence of roads and its verges, i.e. by the conversion of the original land cover into artificial surfaces. The indirect loss refers to the effects such as the fragmentation (portioning of an ecosystem in to smaller and more isolated patches), and the degradation of ecosystem induce by noise, air, water pollution, artificial light. These effects cause and indirect loss of habitat in that, they reduce the capacity of and ecosystem to sustain its original biodiversity. It is explicit that, in Sierra Leone, most of the species are endangered as a result of road constructions the use of bulldozers and other machines in the operation to level the land, clear trees, and flatten the ground will destroy and displace many living organisms from their natural habitat and change their entire ways of living. The process will unable organism to adapt to drastic changes in their natural habitat.","PeriodicalId":275599,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Growth Evaluation","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126061540","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study employed survey research design. Purposive sampling technique was used by the present study, because, the study is interested in customers that come to the MTN service center to receive service such as sim card registration, welcome back, upgrading and so on. Moreover, the study adopted primary data through questionnaire where 384 copies were administered but 356 were validly returned by the respondents. The questionnaire were designed in open and closed ended patterns and administered directly to the customers of MTN service centre. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were employed to analyze the data. Descriptive statistics was used to describe the demographic features for the respondents. On the other hand, the multiple regression model was used in testing hypothesis. The study rejected all hypotheses and concluded that queue management components were all significant determinants of customer satisfaction. The study therefore concluded that improving the queue management practices will inherently increase customers’ satisfaction towards MTN service quality.","PeriodicalId":275599,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Growth Evaluation","volume":"54 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114973781","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is anticipated that by 2025, the network infrastructure should be able to provide connectivity for almost everything. This is expected to bring over 50 billion connections which cannot be handled by the current 4G. While 4G networks main focus is ubiquitous mobile broadband, 5G technology characteristics will have to increase immensely. The flexibility provided by software is key to meeting the unforeseen future service requirement. In this regard, Software Defined Networking (SDN) has recently gathered momentum in the networking industry and specific standard is yet to be adopted on how to check security challenges on SDN for 5G. This work proposes to adopt 5-ENSURE framework of integrating Reference Monitor (RM) to SDN controllers in order to impose access control policy. The Study will also isolate and handle malicious packets in a distributed manner among nodes rather than only permitting or denying access based on access policy. This work would contribute in security standardization of SDN for 5G which is currently under study across the world.","PeriodicalId":275599,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Growth Evaluation","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124080628","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In some series of Naruto Shippuden, there were seemingly controversial assertions by Uzumaki Nagato, regarding his ideology about the significance of pain or suffering in attaining a good end [Peace]. Thence, his ideology appears to be contradictory, ambiguous, and has a philosophical savor to an extent. In this research, the phenomenological analysis of Edmund Husserl will be utilized to understand the ideology of Uzumaki Nagato on suffering through his characterization on some episodes in the anime series Naruto Shippuden, at the same to make an analysis in his claim through revisiting philosophical excerpts on suffering and to excavate some philosophical tunes on his ideology. In this regard, this will be an exposition and analysis pertaining to the significance of the existence of suffering at the same time a phenomenological commentary of how Uzumaki Nagato holds the reality of it. The first part of this paper is an overview of the role of Uzumaki Nagato also known as Pain, and a descriptive analysis of his characterization as a villain and his significance. The second segment will be an exposition and analysis of some philosophical excerpts on suffering and the last part would be the conclusion. This paper will not give a new idea to solve the problem of suffering but just a reiteration of the role of suffering in human existence by pondering on the existential ideology of Uzumaki Nagato and other philosophical notion of suffering.","PeriodicalId":275599,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Growth Evaluation","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129287717","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As such, it has been assumed that a successful marriage is associated with both physiological and psychological health. However, these factors that correlate with marital satisfaction remain unclear and given little attention. The study, therefore, focuses on psychosocial factors as a correlate of marital satisfaction among Couples in the North West Senatorial District of Benue State, Nigeria. the social exchange theory was used to explain the factors that influence marital satisfaction among the couple in the area. To field carry out the study, the researchers adopted the survey research design. The target population of the study includes all the married couples in the North West Senatorial district of Benue State, Nigeria. The sample size of the study was 385 couples. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The data were collected using a questionnaire, and key informants' interviews. The mean and standard deviation of the main variables were calculated and presented with the use of SPSS. The Pearson correlation moment was used to test the correlation between independent variables and the dependent variable. The study revealed among others that psychological factors such as self-esteem, intimacy, and affection were correlated with marital satisfaction. The study also revealed that social factors such as communication, presence of child or children, sexual satisfaction, and closeness have a positive correlation on marital satisfaction among couples in the area. The study suggests among others that the governmental and non-government agencies should carry out more campaigns, workshops, symposiums, conferences to sensitised couples on the right attitudes for a satisfactory marriage for peaceful co-existence in the area.","PeriodicalId":275599,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Growth Evaluation","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129539550","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
