On this paper I guessed the design concept and the thought with three enigmatic findings in the Imperial Audience Hall of State Compound. In the Fujiwara Palace, lotus pattern on the round eaves tiles compare the cosmos, and intertwining floral pattern on the flat eaves tiles express divinations outlook on the world. In Nara Palace, the ornament tile of the earthen wall with brick tiles on the former imperial Audience Hall of state compound express the brilliant sunshine, which is an auspicious sign .In Naniwa Palace, the concentric circle design on the round eaves tiles compare the cosmos just like the astronomical chat of mural of Kitora Tomb, and its reverse figure right express the secure of peace on the world. The other flat eaves tiles compare the cosmos, its figure + express the center of the eccentric circle (ecliptic). For this purpose, the procedure of this paper is following 3 steps; at first the formation process of Hoken Doro Promenade is given, next the originator of that ( Tokutaro Kitamura ) is identified, and third by means of rearranging his descriptions the concept of design on Hoken Doro Promenade is tried to be defined. The knowledge of Hoken Doro Promenade that has been gotten in this paper is as follows : 1 ) The plan of that was tried to make in 3 times from 1938 to 1943, 2 ) That was a promenade alongside a river, but it differed from the other contemporaneous promenades in 3 points of view; a / located in suburbs, b / specialized for pedestrian, c / tried to construct with a minimum artificial work, 3 ) That aimed to make the riverside free and keep its environments by setting the promenade alongside a river, 4 ) That was planed in scenic zones, so the design of that was considered as the view point fields, 5 ) That was hoped to play the role not only as the introducer of famous scenes but as the inventor no famous ones. Kobayashi","doi":"10.5632/jila.67.591","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5632/jila.67.591","url":null,"abstract":"In order to conserve a diversity of maintain quality of recreational experience in natural parks, this study investigated to ascertain conceptual issues and procedural problems for grasping and measuring the quality of recreational experience by reviewing products of the previous research of visitors' experience in natural settings. As a result, visitor satisfaction has to be common measure of the quality of experience. Satisfaction research has helped to reveal a variety of variables that affect recreational experiences positively or negatively. The present framework of satisfaction measurement should be useful for future research. That framework involves these three effective points. The first is to search opportunities which are the most suitable for experiences to be realized. The second is to specify which condition or impact levels are to be acceptable for those experiences. The third is to consider visitors' characteristics who evaluate physical-biological, social and managerial conditions. However, some issues and problems viewed in the light of conceptual issues and procedural problems should be solved.
