The problematics of political linguistics in Ukrainian science is quite large-scale and covers both general theoretical issues and the study of particular aspects of political communication. The foundations of political discourse theory were laid in the 1950s of the XX century by representatives of Cambridge and Oxford schools of philosophy who analysed the linguistic context of the public thought. The theoretical bases for the development of this problematics are laid in the works of T.A. van Dijk 1 , R. Bart 2 . Political discourse came in the view of linguists in the 70ʼs of the XX century. The series of scientific reserches has emerged; there the features of political communication were discussed. in details or briefly. that discusses. Subsequently, a new branch of linguistics – political linguistics – began to develop. The proponents of this trend studied specific units within political texts (works of: A. M. Baranova, Yu. M. Karaulova 3 , N. Kupina 4 , O. L. Mykhaleva 5 , A. P. Chudinov 6 , O. I. Sheihal 7 and others). The monographs of L. P. Nahorna 8 , N. Land use, both at the state and regional levels, all the signs of being ecologically unbalanced. In order to stabilize the processes of land use in agricultural production in terms of the environmental component, a deep study of the current state is needed in order to systematically analyze this situation and work out ways to solve problems. It should be noted that the ecological crisis in Ukraine is not a random phenomenon, isolated from the state of general economic development, but rather as a regularity and essential attribute of a deep systemic crisis. Commercialization of agricultural production, accompanied by the proliferation of large-scale economic units agroholdings with their low social and environmental responsibility; conservation of the underdeveloped rural economy rural development institutes. In such a scenario, the process of depopulation of the village and the degradation of all potentials are intensified, which, unfortunately, today is in the domestic agricultural complex, large agricultural enterprises monopoly-represented and, due to the deepening of the crisis phenomena of various kinds, the processes of depopulation of rural development become more profound and in some cases irreversible. The land degradation is facilitated by the growing intensity of agricultural work, the arrival of powerful cars, the increase of fertilizer doses, and the use of chemical plant protection products. Agrotechnics has become considerably more complicated, as a result, the load on the ground increases. The deterioration of the ecological state of agro-landscapes, the weakening of their anti-erosion resistance, the violation of the optimal structure of land, the reduction of humus content and basic nutrients lead to a decrease in agricultural productivity. and does not provide the necessary volumes of production of agricultural products. The most common type of soil degradation is erosion. This negative phenomenon causes great ecologi and environmental damage, and threatens the very existence of the soil as the main means of agricultural production and an indispensable element of the biosphere. Povoroznyuk","doi":"10.30525/978-9934-588-37-2/18","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30525/978-9934-588-37-2/18","url":null,"abstract":"INTRODUCTION Analysing the problems of translation, we’re invariably drawn to the notion of genre, its cross -cultural peculiarities, similar and contrasting features of the purported generic namesakes in the associated cultures. According to K. Reiß and H.Vermeer, the genres are divided into three principal classes: genres which may be found in all cultures, genres which may be found in more than one, but not in all cultures, and genres which are typical of hardly more than one culture 1 . In a similar vein, generic conventions vary from culture-specific, i.e. different from culture to culture, and more or less universal, or at least supracultural. But even in the case of supra-cultural or universal conventions, the specific linguistic realization in the individual languages and cultures 2 may differ. Hence, the hybrid translations of fictional texts replete with terminological units and possessing rhetorical properties of academic literature and fiction evolve. Based on our study reference data, medicofictional hybrid texts combine the formal and expressive conventions of fiction, and informative and terminological conventions of medical texts. Cultural-textual hybridity 3 is thus viewed as a result of discourse interference 4 and the essence of macrostructural texts 5 . The aim of the present study is to analyze the translation procedures applied for rendering medical terminology outside of a specialized text, and to evaluate the Ukrainian equivalents suggested in the authorized (by M. Dmytrenko) and unauthorized (by S. Ukoz) translations of A. Moskvichova","doi":"10.30525/978-9934-588-37-2/14","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30525/978-9934-588-37-2/14","url":null,"abstract":"INTRODUCTION In the mathematics, in the computer science, in the fractal geometry, in the theory of systems, and in the synergetics `the fractal` (from the Latin `fractus` – `to break , to destroy`) – is identified as the object that is characterized by the fractional structure having the hierarchical level of the organization; as the endless geometrical figure every fragment of which is repeated in the reduced scale 2 . In the academic scientific world the leading role in the generation of the theory of fractals belongs to the mathematics because fractals have been identified by the mathematician Benoit B. Mandelbrot in his scientific research “The Fractal Geometry of Nature” 3 . Benoit B. Mandelbrot generated fractals by means of the mathematical and computer calculations and the researches of the coastline of Great Britain. Fractals have been investigated deeply in the mathematics but this term belongs also to the sphere of the synergetics, the science that comprises the physics and the mathematics, and has been integrated into the linguistics being the interdisciplinary direction of the scientific researches in the aspect of which are investigated processes of the transition from the chaos to the order and vice versa in the open nonlinear spheres of the different nature 4 .
