Data were collected from 45 Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah Pekalongan elementary school teachers. Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah Pekalongan Elementary School is a private school but no teachers quitted within two years. This phenomenon is very interesting to be observed further. This research is a quantitative research with a questionnaire as its data collection method. The data analysis method chosen is Pearson correlation and regression. The findings show a negative relationship between work environment and turnover intention, commitment to turnover intention, compensation with turnover intention.
