Defects in data transport among lighting devices in lighting control system is also pointed out. Low available bandwidth and low reliability are the two key factors. So anycast is introduced into lighting control system. Alternate employment of broadcast, unicast, multicast and anycast are proposed, which makes lighting control system adapt to the development of Web technology, the defects will be overcame efficiently. Reliability and high available bandwidth for data transport are easily realized. The strategy has a good profile in lighting control system in the future. Using the theory of statistical analysis, mathematical model of land subsidence is built, and the effect of the model is also validated by practical data. The analysis results show the fitting effect is good and the model has highly practical value. Urban land subsidence is a common and growing geological phenomena, and a chronic caused by accumulating day by day. It is closely related with urban engineering construction and residents' lives and production activities, and it has characteristics such as generating slowly, large seat of settlement, complex genetic mechanism, no significant influence initially, great difficulty in prevention and treatment, etc. At present, the problem of land subsidence is very serious in America, Japan, Mexico and Italy, and many cities in China are also suffering form it. Therefore, land subsidence has become an important research subject now in the whole world. In China, with the faster development of urbanization, the gradually conspicuous damages of land subsidence seriously disturb the normal development of urban engineering construction and daily life of inhabitants. Land subsidence is one of the most common geologic hazards in our plain region, and the characteristics of it determine its great harm. Besides, land subsidence is a slow process which will be ignored easily. If we don't pay attention to it and don't make renovating and developing shoulder to shoulder, it will very hard for us to make up for the outcome brought about by settlement. To analyze and forecast the status of land subsidence scientifically, accurately and duly is particularly important to the sustainable urban development. For this reason, building an effective mathematical model of land subsidence has become an urgent task. Land subsidence monitoring is pre-requisite during the management of land subsidence, and it is an important mean to protect people's lives and property, reduce economic loss and evaluate urban development. The analysis of monitoring data provide scientific basis for evaluating urban environment geology. Therefore, with the urban development, land subsidence must be monitored in real time to collect first- hand information which will be analyzed scientifically to discover the potential safety hazard of surface. The game analysis, which selects a real estate enterprise and a contractor in the supply chain, showed that if desired trust action to be the participants' optimal choice, the crucial step is to transform one-time game into unlimited repeated games, namely constructing cooperative relationship based on long term trust within real estate supply chain participants. Therefore, the establishment of trust mechanism in real estate supply chain is an effective measure to solve long term cooperation, through maintaining trust relationship among participants to raise supply chain operational efficiency. This paper established the process model of the real estate supply trust mechanism, detailed discussed the strategies of constructing real estate supply chain trust mechanism, aiming for providing an reliable reference for the real estate supply chain effective and efficient operation. The influence on degradation and laws by several factors, which included the initial concentration, the initial pH, the energy density, the reaction temperature and the presence of saturated gas, were discussed. The results showed that the initial concentration, the initial pH, the energy density were the main factors. The p-Np of lower concentration can be degraded in lower pH and higher energy density. When the initial pH value ranged from 11 to 3, the degradation efficiency of p-Np varied from 14.8% to 50.1%; when the energy density decreased to 3.13 W/mL from 1.25 W/mL, the degradation efficiency of p-Np decreased to 8.76% from 50.1%. Moreover, within the concentration range which was studied, the reaction followed the first-order kinetic reaction, when the initial concentration was over 60 mg/L; the tendency which was the first-order rate constant with the augment of initial concentration was not obvious sufficiently. By using web feature service (WFS), the spatial data circulation can reduce disaster, and carry on the disaster reduction work. We construct the server based on open source software named GeoServer. By using WFS, users can communicate with the server through the communication protocols and execute feature operation to the raw geography data file, database. For instance it can display feature elements directly, such as destroyed roads, house, bridge, etc. Meanwhile it can realize the real-time disaster data management, thus promote the usability and validity of earthquake disaster data sharing. Firstly, this paper analyses the relations among the sub indexes of development level for social security systems. Secondly, it sets up differential equations model to quantitatively analyze the relations among the sub indexes based on the hypotheses. Finally, it studies the solutions by the entropy method and estimates the parameters by the nonlinear least square method. Through the development of more than several hundreds years, since the adoption of the poor law by industrialized nations, the contemporary social security system has formed a relatively complete system and a major component of the socio-economic system of all countries.(1) But the premature social security system coverage and imbalance development levels are differential between different provinces. Establishing and strengthening the social security system that matches the economic development is a guarantee to the stability of a nation. There are two main methods to measure the development level: one is the absolute quantity method, the other is the relative level method.(2) The micro level absolute quantity method is the ratio of expenditure for social security to social wage, while the middle level absolute quantity method is the ratio of expenditure for social security to public finance expenditure; the macro level absolute quantity method is the ratio of expenditure for social security to GDP.(3-4) The vertical design procedure which based on time series analysis compares the evaluation indicator in only one region at different time. The horizontal design procedure which based on factorial analysis compares the evaluation indicator in different regions at the same time.(5) This paper which based on the modern theory of social security systems combined with related mathematical methods and control theory, set up a differential equations model to quantitatively analyze the relations among the evaluation indexes of development level for social security systems. The result demonstrates :(1) Although the rural fund allocation efficiency in china remains stable trend in recent years, there are different situations in different provinces; (2) The rural fund allocation efficiency in Western Region is lower than that of Central and Eastern Region, also the scale efficiency of Midwest Region is lower than that of Eastern Region. If this continues, rural fund allocation in Midwest Region (especially the west) will have to face double restriction of insufficient fund input and its inefficient allocation. Accordingly, this essay provides policy recommendations such as improving the supply of fund and its allocation efficiency to promote the New Rural Construction in Midwest Region.
