This protocol could distribute, evict and renew the cluster-key by one-time local broadcasting based on the difficulty of factorization of polynomial, and resolve the problems of lower resiliency to node capture and higher communications for key distribution and renewing. Performance and simulation results show that this protocol can afford the best security to the node capture attacking and requires lower storage cost; moreover, it also can reduce the communication cost of key distribution and renewing from ο(N , ο(n ) to ο(Nc), ο(1) respectively.","PeriodicalId":267621,"journal":{"name":"2009 International Conference on Management and Service Science","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-10-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129562959","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Findings for our three-input(coal, gas and oil) sample show that there would be a 79% increase in cost for moving from the cost efficient point to the carbon efficient point, while there would be a 38% increase in carbon for moving from the carbon efficient point to the cost efficient point. These conclusions indicate that, in general, the gap between efficient cost and efficient environmental production is wide, and would require substantial policy intervention or market adjustment before it could be narrowed. The paper also extends the application of the Data Envelopment Analysis- Mass Balance (DEA-MB) methodology by illustrating how the procedure can be used to identify the consequences of specific decisions for individual plants. The methodology for detailed plant analysis that offers enhanced analytical decision-making at the individual plant level for regulators and managements. Keywords-environmental and cost efficienc; DEA; MB; electric power generation I. INTRODUCTION With the development of economic, the electric power industry is also increasingly rapidly. The Environmental Protection Agency calculates that electricity generation accounts for 40% of carbon dioxide emissions. As government and industry begin to devise mechanisms for reducing GHG, analytical methods that provide better information to policy making and industry decisions can result in improved economic and environmental outcomes. Some researches have applied Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to develop technical efficiency models for firms that include variables measuring pollution, but none of these DEA studies have incorporated carbon emissions and extern environmental estimates into their models. In this paper, we apply Data Envelopment Analysis-Mass Balance (DEA-MB) methodology to analyze the allocation of fossil-fuels in electric power generation, considering both economic and carbon inputs and outputs. In addition, the paper also extends the application of the DEA-MB methodology by illustrating how the procedure can be used to identify the consequences of specific decisions for individual plants. The system includes three sub-systems: data collection software on the basis of PDA +GPS, information management system, and information query system for rodent spatial distributing characteristics based on WebGIS. The data collecting software, consists of 2 modules (Night Trapping Method module and Valid Holes Method module), can be used to record pest rodents field- monitoring data binding with position data and transfer the data to the database as main data source of the system. The information management system can manage the data recorded by PDA and provide data for WebGIS system. The information query system can provide various spatial distribution characteristics of pest rodents to users and assist users to primarily determine pest rodents' trends by a multi-criteria query function. The system is integrated with the data recording, transferring, managing, and providing information query services. It laid the foundation for further pest rodents' prediction and forecast in rural areas in China.","PeriodicalId":267621,"journal":{"name":"2009 International Conference on Management and Service Science","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-10-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128300443","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Respondents of the questionnaire were all insurance agents, and a total of 246 valid questionnaires were completed. After going through correlation and regression analysis of the collected data, it is implied that insurance agents' affective occupational commitment, is higher than their affective organizational commitment. Also, their organizational commitment is positively correlated to their occupational commitment. Meanwhile, the agents' affective occupational commitment is also positively influenced by their job satisfaction. On the other hand, the respondents' job satisfaction has a positive effect on their affective organizational commitment.","PeriodicalId":267621,"journal":{"name":"2009 International Conference on Management and Service Science","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-10-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128397416","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
