The use of the OpenFlow protocol as the main one for connecting data- and control-plane devices between each other, that is, programmable switches with the controller, allows us to take the network topology presented in undirected weighted graph form as the initial data for the algorithm. There are known solutions to the problem of finding ways to transmit data in a communication network, as a rule, using the network resource reservation protocol, but additional restrictions are imposed on the network, since RSVP has a low degree of scalability, respectively, inappropriate consumption of computing resources and storage system resources of individual routers. In view of the above, an algorithm has been developed for finding a set of paths on a graph with the construction of an auxiliary graph based on the original one. Conditions are given under which an auxiliary graph can be constructed from the initial one. The algorithm takes into account the possibility of constructing several paths passing through one vertex, while meeting the requirements for the delay of the input data stream. To expand the functionality and possible areas of application of the algorithm for finding a set of paths, a criterion for the required total throughput by a set of data transmission paths is introduced. Conditions for constructing paths from a vertex to set of vertices are given. The algorithm presented in the work has an order of magnitude less time complexity, which allows you to quickly respond to changes in the data transmission network, while the most significant differences in the time spent on building a set of paths are noticeable with an increase in nodes in the data transmission network and the number of possible paths.","PeriodicalId":263691,"journal":{"name":"T-Comm","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122482174","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Web technologies and other hardware and software systems are being introduced into the process of functioning of an educational institution. As a result of the increasing spread of destructive impact on information web-resources (sites), the need for timely decision-making by a decision-maker (DM) has increased to counteract this impact. A goal such as uninterrupted management for the head of the organization is a priority task in various social and economic systems. Accordingly, in order to achieve the goal of management, it is necessary to have a properly constructed model that allows you to respond in a timely manner to the negative influences of the external environment. The development and subsequent application of methods and techniques that allow achieving the set goal in a shorter time will always be relevant and in demand. For a rational approach to making management decisions, a manager can use network planning, which serves as a plan for conducting the entire cycle of information security processes, both a website and the work of the organization as a whole. The article discusses a method based on network work planning, which allows for a more detailed consideration of planned activities and events, identify weaknesses and reallocate time resources to achieve the required management goal. In the work, it is proposed to link time characteristics with the states of planned works and events, in the form of using network modeling of four processes. An analysis of the weaknesses is carried out, the time reserves necessary to achieve the goal of management and the continuous work of the web resource are redistributed. The proposed method allows us to consider the probability of events and facts in order to improve the likelihood of achieving the goal of management by decision makers in the social and economic system.","PeriodicalId":263691,"journal":{"name":"T-Comm","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114501833","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The concept of IPTV includes both real-time television and recording television, the so-called VoD. In real time, streaming data is sent using only the RTP protocol and in addition to it, the RTSP protocol is used for streaming VoD. In addition, methods for measuring QoS parameters are analyzed, considering practical applications for estimating IPTV traffic parameters. An important feature of providing quality IPTV services is a high level of quality of service. Also, in theory, an Internet connection model with insufficient network bandwidth is considered. The following characteristics are taken into account: bandwidth, one-way delay, inter-packet jitter, the number of lost packets, the number of duplicated packets, packets with errors, and damaged packets. A reordering issue is mentioned. In addition, two important QoS parameters for VoD are measured: START delay and PAUSE / RESUME delays. Service messaging is considered while providing IPTV service. The maximum, average, and minimum values for the network quality of service parameters are found.","PeriodicalId":263691,"journal":{"name":"T-Comm","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130542490","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Gall","doi":"10.36724/2072-8735-2021-15-8-22-29","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.36724/2072-8735-2021-15-8-22-29","url":null,"abstract":"Currently, there are often cases of illegal use of the resource of relay satellites located in geostationary orbit, and the creation of unintentional and deliberate interference with legal users of satellite communication systems, for example due to non-compliance with the power standards of radio transmitting devices and antenna radiation patterns, as well as the rules for the frequency spectrum regulating. One of the possible stages of the response by the radio frequency service and satellite systems operators to such situations may be an operational assessment of locating of the interference ground radio emission sources that violate the established requirements. The existing methods for estimating the coordinates of radio emission sources operating through geostationary satellites-repeaters involve calculating the Cross-Ambiguity Function (CAF) of signals received from several satellites that relay the signals of the main and side lobes of the antenna pattern of the geolocated source. In the case of a low received signals SNR, it is required to record signals for a long time, and in such cases, to achieve a sufficient SNR at the correlator output, it is necessary to take into account not only the Doppler frequency shift between the signals, but also the change in the frequency shift caused by the change in the velocity vectors of the repeater satellites. The aim of this work is to study the recording duration, at which it is required to take into account phase distortions caused by a change in the speed of the repeater satellite and their effect on the SNR at the correlator output, as well as to develop a method for accounting for such distortions. The theory of digital signal processing and the method of simulation were used as research methods. As a result of the study, an assessment was made of the duration of the signal recording, at which the Doppler frequency shift can be considered constant; introduced the concept of a modified CAF, which takes into account the change in the Doppler frequency shift due to its approximation by a linear function; the maximum duration of signal recording was estimated, at which the proposed linear approximation is valid. It is concluded that in the case of using the modified CAF, the minimum duration of signal recording, at which the absence of correlator output SNR degradation will be guaranteed, is 8.1 times greater than when using the traditional CAF.","PeriodicalId":263691,"journal":{"name":"T-Comm","volume":"78 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130634521","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Blockchain can be used to create a secure, reliable and decentralised autonomous system, creating the best use of legacy infrastructure and resources. One of the most important issues is the security issues caused by the evolution of ITS towards centralisation. Fast-growing technologies, including the Internet of Things (IoT) and cloud computing, enable most data processing, analysis and decision-making by centralised systems. With the continuous development of the Internet of Things, all kinds of smart systems are rapidly evolving to make life safer. Like many other industries, transport has entered a period of rapid change. The Intelligent Transport System is one of the fastest growing areas of smart systems, which is expected to improve road safety, alleviate traffic congestion and increase fuel efficiency. The main functions of an intelligent transport system are as follows: real-time monitoring of road conditions in specific areas, locating traffic accidents (crashes) in specific areas, dynamic monitoring and managing the continuous use of public transport services, which can lead to changes in vehicle traffic. In this paper, the above-mentioned functionality of an intelligent transport system will be used as basic modelling scenarios for the design and implementation of an intelligent transport system based on the Internet of Things and blockchain – both of which have the inherent characteristics of distributed technology – combining sensor nodes of the Internet of Things and distributed registry technology, to record changes in intelligent transport systems and create a credit token mechanism for op The intelligent transport system described in this paper is intended to be used only as a pilot project, subject to the conditions as shown in the simulated scenario. In real-world traffic scenarios, it may produce more complex system and data security issues, which will be described and analysed in detail in the article. An intelligent traffic system is a complex intelligent system; it can significantly change and reinvent the wheel for traffic conditions. Based on the system development discussed in this article, there are many more requirements and issues that need to be addressed in the future. Such topics will be covered in detail in our subsequent studies.","PeriodicalId":263691,"journal":{"name":"T-Comm","volume":"244 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123833636","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The difficulty lies in the fact that, due to the microscopic nature of objects, it is impossible to use well-known thermodynamic methods based on the laws of large numbers. One of the possible methods for studying microscopic systems is the use of discrete Markov models with continuous time. Such models are based on the Heisenberg uncertainty principle and adequately describe the interaction between a macroscopic observer and a microscopic system at a quasi-classical level. At the same time, the use of semiclassical models makes it possible to avoid singularities, including those that cannot be eliminated, arising at small distances and high energies. In this paper, a discrete mathematical model of the phase space of an elementary particle will be used to study microscopic objects with a dimension of n=1. As a result of using the model, an original interpretation of the quark structure of hadrons was obtained. In particular, the dynamics of the functioning of quarks in the proton and neutron, the conditions for the formation of Δ resonances (Δ0, Δ+, Δ+, Δ++) are presented. The problem of the absence of free quarks (the phenomenon of confinement) is also considered. The paper considers only the first generation of quarks and the hadrons based on them. On the basis of known experimental data, numerical calculations have been carried out, showing sufficient adequacy of the model. The mathematical model of the discrete phase space, created to study the evolution of information in microscopic systems, is applicable to solving problems of elementary particle physics and can, in some cases, supplement the existing models of the quark structure of hadrons.","PeriodicalId":263691,"journal":{"name":"T-Comm","volume":"2019 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121310079","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The noted contradiction is constantly aggravated due to the ever-increasing complexity of aircraft and means of their automation, which requires a corresponding increase in the functionality of the means of monitoring the technical condition. All this leads to an unjustified increase in the weight and size indicators of diagnostic tools, which significantly affects the technical and economic indicators during the operation of aircraft. This article proposes an information model for a parallel system for diagnosing and predicting the technical condition of aircraft using the example of helicopters, characterizes the groups of sensors included in the system, and outlines the principles for solving problems of diagnosing and predicting the failure state of an aviation complex. A procedure is proposed for accumulating flight data on the parameters of critical components and assemblies on board a helicopter and a method of express analysis, which consists in monitoring in real time the trend of parameters and the rate of change of this trend to limit values. It has been proven that provision should be made for the issuance of emergency visual and audible indication to the helicopter crew about an emergency situation.","PeriodicalId":263691,"journal":{"name":"T-Comm","volume":"54 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121497117","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
