Since both will be used in vehicles communication, interaction between MANET and NEMO (MANEMO) brings benefits which are referred as route optimization and multihoming. To investigate MANEMO, we classify it into five topologies. With Optimized Link State Routing (OLSR) protocol and NEMO basic support protocol, we setup a real-field testbed which consist of mobile networks in two electric vehicles. Network performance of MANEMO is evaluated with this testbed. Therefore, this paper presents a session-aware QoS mapping and adaptation mechanism that maps the session QoS requirements into the most suitable network service class across heterogeneous mobile networks as well as it adapts the session to the current network conditions. The proposed scheme allows mobile operators to keep network internals sufficiently opaque and to reduce operational costs by mapping and/or adapting sessions to groups of heterogeneous mobile users. Concurrently, the proposed scheme assures acceptable quality levels to on-going sessions, independently of the movement of users. Multipath mitigation is another challenging problem in GNSS systems, because the presence of multi-path signals gives a range error. Recently, a novel tracking scheme for the BOC signal was proposed by Garin. However, it cannot completely resolve the ambiguity problem due to the false lock and has not enough multipath mitigation performance. Moreover, Garin's scheme is applicable to only BOC (n, n). In this paper, we propose a novel unambiguous multipath mitigation scheme. The proposed scheme is applicable to various BOC signals (i.e., BOC (kn, n)) and does not incur false lock point in the tracking procedure. However, it can also be considered as an opportunity for new ways of service provisioning. On the one hand, P2P concepts allow a more efficient usage of existing platform resources through relying on existing infrastructure including even the customer equipment and thus provide a cheap service platform. On the other hand, P2P technology brings new business opportunities through extending the service portfolio to user provided services and to ubiquitous environments. Along these lines, we outline in this paper the requirements and building blocks for a P2P based service platform for mobile environments. In addition to P2P lookup and information distribution, these building blocks include reliability, controllability, bootstrapping, reputation management, which address operator specific requirements in particular. Mobile networks pose severe challenges to a P2P service platform in terms of heterogeneous devices and access connections and frequent user joins and leaves.
