The Influence of Strategic Agility on Organisational Performance 战略敏捷性对组织绩效的影响

Organisations need to have the strategic agility to stay competitive in the current volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguous (VUCA) environment. Although many studies have been carried out on organisational performance, organisations are yet to achieve the organisational performance that is expected due to the lack of strategic agility in the dynamic business environment. Many organisations are struggling with the sizeable drop in sales, and some have closed their business, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. Strategic agility has yet to be constantly addressed in the literature, even though it is critical for organisational performance that is crucial for business sustainability. This study applied positivist ontology, quantitative methodology, and empirical epistemology. It was cross-sectional and used a hypotheses approach in a one-time online survey data collection within 2 months.121 responses were collected from electrical and electronics manufacturing-based organizations in Malaysia. The result indicated that strategic agility has a significant influence on organizational performance as per propagated by I-TOP Strategic Agility Model. Attributable to the unavailability of the full details of the population, the data was collected via convenience non-random sampling technique. Thus, there could be some bias in the data gathered. Practitioners could focus on Strategic Agility comprises Awareness, Decision Making and Implementation to manage the VUCA environment, to optimize the organizational performance. Early on, the methodology approach for the study involved the mix-method option involving the collection of the actual projects’ defect data and the structured online questionnaires survey. In this paper, a triangulation method was used to increase the credibility and validity of research findings. The findings revealed a strong correlation between actual defect variables empirical input and the descriptive statistical defect census. The results also show the Likert Scale’s Google Form (LS GF) responses on the actual defects independent and dependent variables versus statistical defect census survey; tabulates on decisive co-relation causation factor between the multiple defect categories. The primary purpose of this working paper is to visualize and perform a scientometric review of 468 publications and research published between 2007 and 2021 from the Web of Science database. Co-author analysis, co-word analysis, and co-citation analysis highlight main concepts and research hotspots and provide light on important specializations and developing trends. This study primarily uses Citespace5.8. R1 to conduct a systematic analysis of author collaboration networks, keyword co-occurrence networks, keyword clustering, keyword burstiness, and literature co-citation graph spectrum networks in the domain of blockchain in supply chain management to identify the research state, development trend, hotspots, and frontiers. Research shows that :(1) since 2017, the literature on the application of blockchain in supply chain management has expanded rapidly. China and the United States are particularly advanced in this area compared to other nations. (2) The \"blockchain in supply chain management\" research mainly focuses on technical framework theory, which uses distributed ledger technology and smart contracts to control supply chain operations. Simultaneously, technical innovation should be combined with artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and other technologies to enhance the trust, transparency, traceability, performance index, and security of the supply chain. The term sustainable development is a dynamic process which brings together global and local concerns while linking social, economic, and environmental issues in order to resolve the needs of both current and future generations. It is therefore important to achieve sustainable development as urban residents' wellbeing, meaning their health, sense of security, freedom and social relations with others are heavily dependent upon it. In the modern era, sustainable development has become even more challenging because the nature of urban development which is often intertwined with urban issues such as urban sprawl, immigration, city planning. Similarly in Malaysia, the rapid urbanisation, transformation and expansion of urban cities has pushed the country towards the need for urban sustainability. Nonetheless, the destruction of natural green spaces, noise and overcrowding is one of the negative implications in compact cities that threatens urban residents’ wellbeing. This is worrisome because the urban green spaces are essential in promoting social interaction, health and wellbeing. Therefore, urban green spaces are among the most important sustainable urban development elements to integrate in residential development initiatives to achieve residents’ wellbeing. This paper provides insight into the function of spatial values of these urban green spaces in explaining residents' wellbeing. In this paper, there are three dimensions namely urban green spatial characteristics, urban green spatial value, and residents' wellbeing. A total of 311 respondents were recruited using convenience sampling to participate in this study. All the measurements of constructs were adapted from previous studies. The reliability of the variables was assessed using the Cronbach’s alpha and multiple regression analysis was performed to examine the effect of all the factors in the research model on customer satisfaction. The findings have shown that all the variables, namely price, reliability, assurance, and empathy have a positive influence on customer satisfaction with e-commerce delivery services. Responsiveness, however, has no influence on customer satisfaction. Assurance was revealed to be the strongest predictor of customer satisfaction. The second strongest factor was empathy. Understanding factors influencing the delivery services of e-commerce is essential as it is able to provide useful information for the delivery service company which will help them to enhance the quality of their services. In this research, the usage of one of the AI tools, which is known as chatbot, is further investigated in the area of e-commerce. There are various past researches which focus on the topic of chatbot. However, the past researches are restricted by several factors such as location, industry, and respondent. Therefore, this research will focus on a brand-new location, which is Malaysia. The newly targeted industry and respondent will be e-commerce industry and Generation Z respectively. The objective of this study is to investigate the factors that affect user satisfaction of using e-commerce chatbot. This research utilizes both Information System Success Model (ISSM) and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in order to provide theoretical foundation to this research. It’s aimed to contribute new insight by combining the two models in order to test the relationship between the variables with the user satisfaction of using e-commerce chatbot. The variables that are derived from ISSM are system quality, information quality, and service quality; while the variables that are derived from TAM are perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. The data collection method for this research is through questionnaire while the sampling method is convenience sampling. For data analysis and measurements, reliability test, descriptive and frequency distribution, and multiple linear regression were used for the purpose of this research. In terms of the research outcomes, three independent variables that are proven to have significant relationship with the dependent variable are system quality, information quality, and perceived usefulness; while service quality and perceived ease of use are proven to have no significant relationship with the dependent variable. This research is able to create new insights and provide more information to the future researchers. Moreover, it is also able to deepen the understanding of chatbot developers especially in modifying and innovating the chatbots from time to time so that they are able to meet the users’ expectations. Last but not least, this research is able to provide information regarding ways to improve electronic customer relationship management (e-CRM) to the functional area of the organizations so that they can have a better understanding on the ways to improve customers’ satisfaction through the e-commerce platform. Purpose of this document is to provide a consistent format for full papers appearing in the conference proceedings and journal. However, there has been little information on false and unethical advertising through social media platforms in Malaysia. Existing research have focused on various other information such as the impact of deceptive advertising on women purchasing behaviour in Pakistan, the influence of false claims from advertisements conveyed through word-of-mouth, the effect it has on gender-based customers, etc. This paper focuses on the impact of false advertising found in social media and e-commerce platforms on consumer buying behaviour, with an emphasis on young adults. It further identifies the importance of adhering to the principles of ethics in terms of advertising. The study consists of a sample size of 103 young adults in Malaysia. The Pearson Correlation Test had shown a significant correlation between all three independent variables, with a strong relationship was discovered between intent to purchase and perceived risk with the buying behaviour of consumers. Crowdsourcing has become an efficient method for businesses to offer work opportunities to the general public so that they can apply their skills and earn more money. It is estimated that about 258,482 Malaysian digital talents that participate in crowdsourcing. The crowdsourcing system depends a lot on how many people use the platform. This is important for the success of the platform. However, the factors that motivate crowds to remain on the platform remain unclear, and there is very little literature on the subject. This paper is a conceptual paper that generates research propositions based on the comprehensive literature review and several theories regarding decision-making in crowdsourcing. Despite this, the paper is conceptual. Still, the claims made are based on theory, but they need to be tested in the proposed setting and context. In the future, researchers could add to the conceptual framework by validating the hypotheses more and adding mediators to the relationships that have been proposed.
