To this end, we will review the literature to identify the relationship between logistical sprawl and CO2 emissions. In this respect, logistics sprawl is the organizational strategy that aims to optimize logistics flows. It consists in setting up logistics platforms on the outskirts of the city with the aims of consolidating flows and providing adequate transport plans. However, the major constraint of this movement is to ensure clean transport with the lowest emission rate. In this context, we propose to identify the causes that contribute to the increase in the carbon footprint of freight transport. To do so, we propose to use the 5M method and deduce optimization avenues.","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"69 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125046838","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, companies are also grappling with identifying the roadblocks to green supply chain management implementation. This research focuses on finding procurement-based obstacles to the implementation of a green supply chain management (GSCM). 47 obstacles were identified by a previous study, based on extensive research and discussions with industry experts, as well as a questionnaire-based survey of workers from various Moroccans industries. The analytic hierarchy method used to identify critical obstacles and goals for this companies. Finally, a sensitivity study looks at the stability of priority ranking.","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"18 1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123577927","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To contribute, in a responsible and sustainable manner, to the transition to a low-carbon SC, companies must therefore act by putting in place climate protection strategies aimed at the reduction and mitigation of Greenhouse Gases (GHGs), within companies. This objective constitutes a focal point for developing a low-carbon Logistics Chain. The main reason for this green transition resided in the composition of very broad value chains with regard to the perimeters and dimensions: of collaboration and relationship with partners.","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134441217","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Strategic studies on the most appropriate transportation systems are crucial for metropolises. The objective of this paper is to analyze through a literature review the factors that influence the success or failure of a transportation system based on bike sharing. We will analyze these factors and project them onto the African context through a case study. The city of Marrakech in Morocco is considered an ideal city for this type of project and will be adopted as the study area. Present the methodology behind, the choice of factors, the weighting of these factors using multi criteria decision methods and the generation of the final map. Also present the data sources used in the case of a developing country. The result is a heat map capable of showing us the high demand areas for the project. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the importance of immunizations in combating Covid-19 was highlighted, and vaccination was recognized as the most effective technique for paving the way out of the epidemic. However, this technique faces a number of challenges, most notably in the vaccine value chain, which has been linked to a number of factors, including market volatility and vaccination demand, which make raw material supply difficult, particularly during pandemics when it is critical to deliver an effective, safe, and high-quality product quickly. Add to it the complexity of production, the difficulty of maintaining the cold chain throughout storage and distribution, quality control and testing, tougher regulatory requirements, and a myriad of other barriers to fulfilling vaccine objectives. As a result, recognizing and resolving difficulties is crucial for establishing a reliable vaccination value chain. In this article, we will give a general framework of value chain then we will discuss the vaccine value chain, including its characteristics, issues, and obstacles, as well as the context of Covid 19 and prospective advancements.","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124055704","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Due to several circumstances and factors, this decision should meet many criteria. In this context, this paper presents a systematic literature review on sustainable and resilient supplier selection. The purpose is to identify key elements supporting the evaluation of suppliers based on sustainable, circular and resilient criteria. Seventy articles were collected and analyzed in different dimensions such as criteria, methods, validation and case studies. The findings highlight an increasing focus on supplier selection problem in the last three years. In addition, the results revealed that sustainable criteria are the most appearing. The combination of multiple methods in an uncertain environment is most employed by authors. Moreover, an important number of models are validated in a real-world case study. The presented outcomes can accompany academics and managers to develop a selection and evaluation supplier model ensuring sustainability, circularity and resilience in supply chain. Future researches could focus on analyzing intensively the studied dimensions.","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"421 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116688599","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Reverse logistics management is a fundamental aspect of supply chain management that can not only reduce costs but also generate value for the company. It consists of all the operations intended to manage the return from the customers to the suppliers generally for operations of recycling, repair, disposal or reuse and this must be at the least cost. In this article, we focus on the reverse logistics of returning empty packaging for reuse from customers to their suppliers, we offer decision support models to optimize the performance of reusable packaging flows in terms of costs and packaging availability at suppliers. We propose a framework for structuring decisions regarding the management of reusable packaging flows, with the objective of optimizing transport and shortage costs. This paper presents a mixed integer linear programming to minimize the costs of transport and fixed opening in a reverse logistics network, in the empty packaging return chains, without falling apart.","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116902333","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
