Until now, issues related to the running analysis of the quality life in terms were not the subject of broader, comprehensive scientific considerations. The research was taken in 2019 year and covered a group of 396 runners. The respondents are women posing 67,9% and men posing 32,1% residing in different areas of Poland. The research was based on a questionnaire (CAWI - Computer Assisted Web Interview). Although for most respondents the result is not the most important, they try to improve their running attitude and time. Runners use different ways to be motivated to work on themselves. An example of motivators can be a medal, obtained at the finish line or sharing success with participation in competition on social networks (Facebook).","PeriodicalId":251135,"journal":{"name":"Quality Production Improvement - QPI","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127751728","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The decreasing in the properties of aluminum cast mainly related with microstructure, especially with size and morphology of second phases. One of such second phases in aluminum alloys are the β-phases. These phases are unwonted mainly because of the decreasing of mechanical properties. The contribution is deal with influence of addition of Mn to affecting the formation of β-phases in the AlSi7Mg0.3 and AlSi7Mg0.6 cast alloys. These materials are used for application especially automotive industry. The results shows, that addition of Mn is not sufficient for affecting of formation of the Fe-rich phases in AlSi7Mg0.6 cat alloys, but in the AlSi7Mg0.3 this addition lead to changes in formation of Fe-rich intermetallic phases.","PeriodicalId":251135,"journal":{"name":"Quality Production Improvement - QPI","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123519832","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

An important assumption for obtaining the most relia ble results is compliance with the basic assumptions for evaluating the variability of the measurement system. The main goal of this paper is to analyze, how the failure to meet the basic assumptions influences the evaluation of the measurement system's statistical properties. This goal is achieved by performing a detailed analysis of the latest developments in the field of measurement systems analysis aimed at verifying the assumptions of normality and uniformity. The evaluation of the effect of non-fulfillment of both assumptions on the values of the most important statistical properties of the measurement system is performed using simulated data. Suitable graphical tools are used for practical verification of both assumptions.","PeriodicalId":251135,"journal":{"name":"Quality Production Improvement - QPI","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121027127","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Respondek","doi":"10.2478/cqpi-2019-0034","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.2478/cqpi-2019-0034","url":null,"abstract":"Abstract Local roads (district and municipal) play an important role in the road network, especially in rural areas. In recent years, these roads have been largely repaired, which was often associated with the construction of new infrastructure. One of the basic conditions of maintaining the quality of road works is the proper construction or renewal of drainage devices. Errors in this area result in lower durability of the road pavement. It is equally important to maintain these devices later in a good technical condition, which requires spending appropriate funds from local government budgets. The aim of the study presented in the article was to determine the current technical condition of drainage of local roads in the Czestochowa region and to identify the most frequent design and implementation errors, resulting in a rapid loss of functionality of drainage devices. They were based mainly on in situ studies carried out in the area of an exemplary rural municipality. Errors resulting in the lack of continuity of drainage, or the danger of a rapid loss of its functionality are shown with real examples. It was found that despite the shortcomings described, in recent years the technical condition of drainage of local roads has improved, which is related to the systematic overhaul of local roads (including the construction of sidewalks) and the local government's perception of the importance of road drainage problem.","PeriodicalId":251135,"journal":{"name":"Quality Production Improvement - QPI","volume":"113 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125012255","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This will cause significant societal changes, and it is very important that the country is prepared to deal with problems that may arise from aging society. Unfortunately substantial number of senior citizens are financially unprepared for retirement due to low financial literacy. An effective social welfare system is needed, which will require a large amount of financial support. An interesting approach to delivering social welfare is co-production which is a practice that involves public services and communities in the mutual deliveries of welfares. Time banking is an engagement practice which each member agrees to give and take credits for service. Time credits can be earned by providing services to those in need. Such system is a kind of co-production which can help build community relationship and complement social welfare system. Time banking can be applied to all generations, and it is especially suitable for aging society. This paper explores the interests in joining time banking among people living in Bangkok and vicinity. It investigates the respondents’ lifestyles, interests in joining time bank, and possible matching of interests. The results reveal existing gaps and may be used in further study for establishing time banking system.","PeriodicalId":251135,"journal":{"name":"Quality Production Improvement - QPI","volume":"66 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122021311","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
