This research was conducted on Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Malang City, where SMEs have an important role in the economy in Indonesia. The focus of this research is to see if market orientation has an impact on innovation, organizational culture has an impact on innovation, innovation has an impact on marketing performance, and the role of innovation in mediating market orientation on marketing performance and organizational culture on marketing performance. The main objective of this study is on the owner of a small firm in Malang City, as measured by market orientation, organizational culture, innovation, and marketing performance. Explanatory research is used in this work, which takes a quantitative method. The findings show that market orientation influences innovation, that organizational culture influences innovation, that marketing performance is influenced by market orientation, organizational culture, and innovation, and that marketing performance is mediated by market orientation and organizational culture.. The research sample used was state-owned enterprises, for the 2016-2020 period. The number of samples in this study was 77. Purposive sampling technique was used in the sampling of this study. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression test. The dependent variable in this study is the disclosure of sustainability reports which are measured based on the Global Reporting Initiative Standards guidelines issued by the Global Sustainability Standards Board (GSSB). The independent variable used is leverage and good corporate governance. This study uses a control variable, namely size. The results showed that: (1) Debt to Asset Ratio had a negative effect on the disclosure of the sustainability report. (2) Debt to Equity Ratio and the number of commissioners, and size have no effect on the disclosure of the sustainability report. To test these variables, the researchers chose the Sanitation and Environmental Services Unit of Pemalang Regency as the object of research. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 182 Sanitation and Waste Unit Employees in the Pemalang District Environmental Agency. Sampling research using Stratified Random Sampling techniques. The results showed that the Work Environment and Direct Financial Compensation had a significant positive effect on the Performance of Employees in the Cleanliness and Solid Waste Unit of the Environmental Agency of Pemalang Regency. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique with a total of 10 infrastructure companies listed on the IDX during 2015-2019. The analysis technique in this study uses panel regression analysis using EVIEWS 9. The results of this study indicate that there is no investor reaction to earnings announcements in infrastructure companies when there are low and high stickiness cost. However, when the company has a combined stickiness cost, there is an investor's reaction to the earnings announcement by seeing a positive CAR value which means good earnings quality. Unexpected Earning has no effect on companies that are facing stickiness cost, so the results of this study indicate that there is no investor reaction to unexpected earnings in infrastructure companies that have low, high, and combined stickiness cost. Penelitian ini menggunkan metode penelitian survei.Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling dengan alat bantu angket atau kuesioner yang berisi empat variabel yaitu work-family conflict (X1), stres kerja (X2), kinerja guru (Y), dan kepuasan kerja (Z). Uji yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen, uji analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinan R2, uji signifikan, uji mediasi/intervening dengan menggunkan SPSS 22. The population in the study are students of Sarjanawiyata university economics students with a sample of over 100 research model respondents using a quantitative analysis. Perkembangan pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial yang dilaporkan oleh bank syariah dengan menggunakan indeks ISR di Indonesia masih lambat dibandingkan dengan negara-negara Islam di dunia. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh islamic governance score, ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, likuiditas dan leverage terhadap islamic sosial reporting. Sampel yang digunakan adalah bank umum syariah yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) tahun 2016-2018. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda.
