However, two years during the COVID-19 pandemic differs from the ordinary years. There was a massive change in people's economic activities. Restrictions on people's movement and mobility are needed to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak. Apart from causing crises in the health sector, this pandemic also causes concerns in the social and economic sectors, including MSMEs. Therefore, this research was conducted to understand the effect of IC, including Human Capital (HC), Structural Capital (SC), and Relational Capital (RC), on MSME resilience during the pandemic period. This information is essential to formulate the best support for MSMEs in the IC context. This research is quantitative research using Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 174 MSMEs in Bandung using the random sampling technique. The type of data used is cross-section data. This study found that HC and RC positively affect MSME resiliency during the pandemic, meanwhile, SC does not. This study suggests that the most appropriate form of support for MSMEs in times of crisis is to provide education and knowledge sharing which can expand the skills and knowledge of MSME businesspeople. And in addition, it is also important to support MSMEs in developing their relationships with various parties to maintain their business during the pandemic.","PeriodicalId":249270,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Entrepreneurship and Sustainability Studies","volume":"120 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116356927","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The decline in the number of MSMEs in 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic has made it difficult for MSMEs to market their products. On the other hand, during this period, SMEs emerged with digital innovation. Digital marketing planning is necessary for MSMEs in running their business to create a competitive advantage and improve marketing performance. MSMEs that do not implement digital marketing in running their business will be left behind and lose customers because customer buying behavior has changed towards digital. \u0000This research is quantitative descriptive research using the SmartPLS 3.0 tool to analyze the effect of each variable. Corporate survival in these difficult times necessitates the agitation for the long-term growth of the companies. Sustainable growth is defined as growth witnessed by a company in a stand-alone position without any outside finance. Sustainability in a term of long-term growth is obtained through the existence of effective qualities of the board of directors. There is indeed the existence of fantastic research on the theme of our study. However, the studies were not only scanty, but they were of divergent results and did not cover all the countries. Against these loopholes, our study was conducted to investigate the influence of board qualities on the sustainable growth of non-financial firms in Nigeria. Listed firms other than financial ones on the Nigerian Exchange Group, between 2011 to 2020 were the population of the study. 60 companies were selected through the application of content analysis. The best multiple regression model adopted for the study, after the conduction of the Breusch-Pagan LM test and Hausmann test, was the random effect through e-view 8.0. The result obtained was that board qualities – size, independence, and meeting – had positive cum significant impacts on SGR (coefficients: 0.0659, 0.0405, 0.0508; p-values < 0.05). while board gender diversity was positively correlated with sustainable growth though insignificant at the 5% threshold of significance (coefficient: 0.0397; p-value > 5%). The study was in support of principal-agent theory because effective features of the board were seen to be a way of solving the principal-agent problem.","PeriodicalId":249270,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Entrepreneurship and Sustainability Studies","volume":"78 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123994590","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

An unbalanced panel data set from a sample of thirty-three commercial SOEs were studied using a dynamic partial adjustment model. The findings provide strong evidence that South African SOEs follow the trade-off theory based on the existence of a target capital structure and speed of adjustment of 21.5% per annum towards the target which is slower than other SOEs in developing economies. The findings also revealed that these SOEs take almost five years to close off two-thirds of the gap between the actual and optimal capital structures. The findings will be of interest to observers of the economy, as they measure the capacity of SOEs to play a leading role in investment and in improving the efficiency of the economy. They could also inform decision making and policy development on SOEs.","PeriodicalId":249270,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Entrepreneurship and Sustainability Studies","volume":"1971 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128630563","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It can be seen that customers are less interested in re-subscribing to Netflix. In fact, this is because there are several gaps that occur in the quality of the Netflix e-service. The poor quality of electronic services also has a moderate impact on the confidence of consumers who have less trust in the Netflix service. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between e-service quality and repurchase intention and the role of customer trust as a moderating variable on Netflix Video-on-Demand. The method used for this research is survey method with questionnaire instrument as the data collection technique. The object of this research are 260 Netflix users that domiciled in Bandung, which was filtered into 200 users based on sampling criteria. Sampling technique in this research is using purposive sampling. There are two hypotheses in this research. To test these hypotheses, the technique used are regression analysis and MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis). The result of this research showed that there is positive and significant influence from e-service quality towards repurchase intention on Netflix Video-on-Demand.
