Firstly, high frequency harmonic is added to hydraulic pump's vibration signals, which would be decomposed by EMD, and a group of IMFs are obtained. Secondly, every IMF's Correlation with high frequency harmonic and original vibration signal is calculated, and some of them which is up to standard is selected to reform vibration signal. Finally, we can find hydraulic pump's characteristic frequency in the reforemed vibration signal's spectrum figure. Under on this background, in order to make a deep discussion on control strategy of on-load capacity regulating transformer, in this paper, the working principle of capacity regulating transformer is expounded and the connection modes of capacity regulating transformer are given. Then from three aspects of intelligence, progressiveness and practicability, the control strategy of on-load capacity regulating transformers is discussed deeply, which concludes capacity conversion control, expert system function and prevention of disoperation, among them, many viewpoints are from the author's working practice in energy-saving equipment and smart device's application and management, thus has certain reference and significance. The load value calculation was given in this paper and the operation loss curve of S13-M.ZT-200(63) under large and small capacity situation was shown as well. CDET was utilized to choose features sensitive to fault severity from the high dimensional feature set, and weighted the selected sensitive features by their sensitive degree. The weighted sensitive feature subset was compressed with LPP to reduce its dimensions and get the compressed more sensitive feature subset, which can enhance the discrimination between all classes by improving the between-class scatter and within-class scatter for fault classification. System development is mainly divided into three parts. Java Beans is used to deal with business logic, JSP+HTML+JavaScript is used to manipulate the interface and configure the Servlet and SQL Server 2000 database access is completed through the JDBC-ODBC bridge. The system provides the service of commodity information management, shopping cart, management, online communication, answering and dynamic information display. In this paper it is used to reduce the steel consumption of the steel structure residence. Steel consumption of H-section steel beams and square steel tubular columns is taken as objective function, which has relatively larger proportion than others. Design variables are the beam height, web thickness, flange width, flange thickness and the square steel tubular column length. The strength, stiffness and stability of the steel beam and the square steel tubular column are taken as constraint condition under the relevant Building Code. By using the sequential quadratic programming method, we set up optimization mathematical model for optimizing the steel structure residence, and then obtain the optimal section size of the steel beams and the square steel tubular columns. After the structural optimization design, the consumption of steel GL1 was reduced by 10.2%, the consumption of square steel tubular column was reduced by 15.0%, compared with those of the original design. Relative to the original design, the total steel consumption was reduced by 12.6%. However, many databases available on the Internet may not provide accuracy data as they claim. In this paper, we focus on analyzing IP addresses of mainland China recorded in popular China-based IP geolocation databases. First, distributions and characteristics of IP addresses and blocks of mainland China at different geographic granularities are analyzed. Second, entries consistency comparisons among databases are implemented and those with better performances are recommended, we also use small amount of ground truth data to verify the recommended databases.
