The company has an organizational structure of 1 owner and 4 employees, and implements a corporate culture that emphasizes creativity, service, and innovation. customer satisfaction. This study focuses on the influence of three factors, service quality (X1), price (X2) and location (X3) on customer satisfaction (Y). The analytical method used is quantitative analysis. The results of data analysis show that service quality has a significant influence on customer satisfaction with DM Parcel. However, price and location did not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. In addition, it was found that there is a significant influence between service quality, price, and location on DM Parcel customer satisfaction. This finding could be a benchmark for DM Parcel in improving its marketing and service strategies to increase customer satisfaction. Research results show that there is a significant positive impact on students' interest in entrepreneurship between e-commerce, entrepreneurial knowledge, and the use of accounting information systems. This finding has important implications for the development of college student entrepreneurship. By improving their understanding and use of e-commerce, and good business skills, students are better prepared and motivated to develop their own businesses. A good understanding of accounting information systems also helps students manage their businesses effectively. Recommendations for educational institutions are to improve students' understanding and knowledge of e-commerce, entrepreneurship, and the use of accounting information systems through the development of relevant curricula. Governments and related parties can also support the development of e-commerce and create a favorable environment for the growth of student businesses. From the results of the study found differences in performance values using the three. Using the Sharpe method, almost all Islamic stock mutual funds have negative performance values in 2016-2020. Only the Syariah Mutual Fund Lautandhana, while the Batavia Mutual Fund Syariah Shares have the lowest performance values. Using the Treynor method, the 2017-2020 observation period was all negative, whereas in 2016, the Lautandhana Saham Syariah mutual fund performed positively. Melalui Teori Difusi inovasi oleh Everett M. Rogers, berupaya untuk menganalisis faktor masyarakat beralih ke Televisi Digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif berupa kuesioner kepada masyarakat Desa Jatihurip. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perbedaan profil demografi antara pengguna dan non pengguna Televisi Digital, penggunaan media sebagai saluran komunikasi, dan faktor-faktor beralih ke Televisi Digital. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa innovation opportunity, campaign numerousness, dan following technology berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan beralih ke Televisi Digital masyarakat Desa Jatihurip Kecamatan Sumedang Utara. This study aims to determine the effect of Labor Relations and communication on employee performance. The method used quantitative methods with causal associative. The sample studied 112 respondents. Work relationship (X1), and communication (X2), and employee performance (Y). Source data obtained from the questionnaire given to employees. Tested with the SPSS application, the results showed that work relationships and communication significantly and strongly influence employee performance. Labor Relations significantly affect employee performance, with significance (5.902)>(1.98197), and sig. 0,000<0,05. Communication has an influence on employee performance, with (6,256)>(1.98197), and sig. 0,000<0,05.
