Yu","doi":"10.1109/ICIII.2011.159","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/ICIII.2011.159","url":null,"abstract":"In order to improve the dynamic adaptability and predictive performance of the financial distress prediction model, this research proposed a multi-level financial distress prediction model based on rough reduction and clustering. This model improves predictive performance by the combination of an improved rough set attribute reduction method and the hierarchical clustering algorithm, BIRCH, which can process incremental data efficiently. Through attribute reduction by rough set, the influence of noisy data and redundant data were eliminated in order to identify the key indicators during the pre-processing phase. In the phase of FDP, the proposed multi-level model can deal with different application requirements so that different financial distress scenarios can be identified from various aspects. It has a positive influence to orient and support talent cultivation and society service and so on. So it plays important role to appraise and give rein to the technovation ability. The text establishes appraisal index system, made up of such four broad headings as resources into ability, social influence power, domestic radiating capacity and sustainable development ability. Based on Delphi, analytic hierarchy process, grey relation degree and fuzzy system theory, a grey comprehensive appraisal model is put forward to appraise university's technovation ability quantitatively. In order to judge the relationship between the accounting surplus and the information of cash flow with the investment value, which is more closed to investment value when cash flow comparing with traditional accounting surplus index. These questions has becomes more and more important. For carrying on the research of this problem, this paper reviewed the domestic and foreign research present situation firstly, and main selected some listed companies' information of cash flow and accounting surplus in recent three years from the China Capital Market -- Shenzhen and Shanghai -- as samples. Using by the statistic method, the paper studied the correlation between the information of cash flow and accounting surplus with investment value. The conclusion showed that the correlation was existed. And information of cash flow provides incremental explanation based on accounting surplus. And further more, it has linear relation between information of cash flow and accounting surplus with investment value according to the result of research. At present, China is one of the largest producers, consumers and importers of oilseeds and vegetable oils in the world. This paper analyses trade situation of oilseeds and vegetable oil, and discusses the integration and causality between China's market and international market for soybeans, soybean oil, rapeseed and rapeseed oil. It is found that: (1)There exists co-integration and two-way Granger causality relationship between China's soybean market and international soybean market. (2)There exists co-integration relationship between China's rapeseed market and international rapeseed market, but there doesn't exist Granger causality relationship between rapeseed markets. At the same time, proposing the improvement programs to the deficiencies of the workshop's technology layout, and improving them. The SLP method is mainly used at here, the purpose is to optimize the layout of the whole plant, and improve the productivity of the entire plant in the case of ensuring safety in production. Using this method, and doing the quantitative analysis with the data which collected from the workshop site. Get the most optimal plan which proposed by the variety of data analysis, and the plan solved the current problems of the workshop.
