In this paper, the connotation of self-oriented innovation of enterprises was analyzed through literature research. And the spiral technology roadmap of enterprises self-oriented innovation was built. Through establishing the enterprises self-oriented innovation spiral technology roadmap, we found the connotation of enterprises self-oriented innovation shall at least include four core elements which are self-oriented innovation initiative, self-oriented innovation resources integration capacity, self-oriented innovation achievements productive capacity and self-oriented innovation sustainable capacity. On this basis, the relationship of the four core elements was analyzed. And the concepts system of enterprises self-oriented innovation was established. Accordingly, an integrated evaluation model combing the systematic evaluation and process evaluation is successfully established. This model can be able to enhance the efficiency and depth of the evaluation, improve its quality, and therefore strengthen the enterprise's own internal control construction as well as the management level. The model is composed of two layers: Macro Layer and Micro Layer. The former layer is based on internal control components and participated by director board, supervisory board, middle and senior managers and internal auditors. Another layer is based on business process and participated by different people: middle and senior managers, internal auditors, principals of each division and all basic level staff. Thus it embodies an idea: Total Employee Involvement.","PeriodicalId":229533,"journal":{"name":"2011 International Conference on Information Management, Innovation Management and Industrial Engineering","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-11-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122354379","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Results are generated by correlation analysis and regression method based on empirical data from incubators of Shanghai, China. The results show that business incubator's human capital has positive correlations with its structural capital, internal relational capital, and external relational capital. Business incubator's structural capital had almost no correlation with its internal relational capital. Business incubator's human capital, structural capital, internal relational capital, and external relational capital positively affects knowledge transfer from incubator to incubatees and actually improve incubatee's growth through the knowledge transfer.","PeriodicalId":229533,"journal":{"name":"2011 International Conference on Information Management, Innovation Management and Industrial Engineering","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-11-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114167724","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

So the Commission will take action. Firstly, it will monitor the ST Company to improve the operation and production conditions. Then, it will clean up bad assets. At last, it will put into good assets. After all these actions, the ST Company will restore normal listed company. In this paper, we use financial distress prediction model to analysis financial statements and related management data. After analysis, we can tell business operators and other related party the Pre-losing hazard which the company will confront. We use A-share listed small and medium-banks as samples to construct financial distress prediction model. Fist, we will use principal factor analysis to extract common factors which can reflect financial information. Then, we will use the decision tree analysis to find out the common factors which can give maximum gain ratio. So we can provide the banks with comprehensive financial risk control indicators and we can find out the reasons for financial crisis. So these companies can do early job to avoid business losses and get ST treatment.","PeriodicalId":229533,"journal":{"name":"2011 International Conference on Information Management, Innovation Management and Industrial Engineering","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-11-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121872937","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The top five industries affected by TBT the most include mechanical and electrical equipment, toys and furniture, timber and paper and non-metallic, agriculture and food products, and chemical and ore metals. The main reason why Chinese export enterprises suffer TBT is that they lack R&D investment, which is reflected by the following: the R&D investment intensity of Chinese enterprises is relatively low, corporate R&D personnel account for a very low proportion of the total labor force, the scale of the enterprises with R&D activities is too small, and the number of invention patents of Chinese enterprises is too small. The strategies to promote Chinese enterprises to increase R&D investment are to create a favorable external environment for R&D investment, strengthen business awareness of R&D investment, and broaden the funding source of enterprise R&D.","PeriodicalId":229533,"journal":{"name":"2011 International Conference on Information Management, Innovation Management and Industrial Engineering","volume":"64 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-11-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117251398","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
