Considering the increase of demand on smaller aircraft and the attention to environmental issues, the demand on small EAs is expected to grow in the coming decade. However, the accident rate of small aircrafts is higher than that of larger aircrafts, so ensuring higher safety of EA is very urgent. Modeling and thrust control of EAs have been proposed previously by the authors' research group. However, this model and control method is not suitable when the propeller revolution speed is near and below zero. In this paper, the improved thrust control method based on new EA propeller plant is proposed. This method is necessary for design of airspeed control method, which can be expected to improve the safety of EA. A towing test method which allows plane's dynamical experiment on ground is also proposed. Real flight experiment was the only conventional method test a plane's dynamics. However, the test piece needs to be a complete airplane to conduct a real flight. Moreover, it is impossible to observe the response a particular input without interferes from other factors. The proposed method allows component technology to be tested in dynamical situations. Therefore this topology is suitable for medium voltage (MV) applications. The high-frequency DAB currents are nearly sinusoidal suited for D-Q transformation which enables fast average mode current control for device protection. But it requires fast ADC conversions and processing speed to implement this control. Also the PWM channel requirement for this topology is high. A DSP repeats an infinite loop of calculations serially. Thus it has limited loop speed in case of longer algorithm size which limits the control bandwidth. An FPGA based control is suitable as it can process the algorithm in programmable combinational logic circuits which offer few nano-seconds of propagation delay. And thus the only speed limitation is the ADC conversion speed. But an FPGA board does not readily offer all the features required for this application. RT-HIL simulation is performed by using Opal-RT's eMEGAsim RT Simulator using a power system model including a synchronous generator. Specifically closed-loop irrigation systems requires the installation of a large group of sensor nodes distributed over a crop area, in order to measure soil moisture and climatic variables. Wireless sensor network (WSN) based on Zigbee protocol represents a popular communication solution for precision agriculture applications. However due the short range of Zigbee based nodes, a complementary long range communication network is required to integrate the WSN into Internet for global access. Due its popularity in the personal mobile communication domain, GPRS (general packet radio service) represents an adequate technology to provide Internet access for a group of devices that comprises a sensor network. This system has three pendulums which placed at direct drive motor. Author aim at a realizetion of a stabilization of a Triple Furuta pendulum. For the stabilizing control, author derived the equation of motion by the Eular-Lagrange method and a state equation. Author show structural evaluation based on the condition number of controllability matrix and design of present system. Since there are three pendulums, each link would be affected by disturbance. In order to support engineering organizations to increase their profitability, this paper presents major success factors for efficient plant engineering. These factors are based on the analysis of six case studies regarding standardization programs from the plant engineering domain. Subsequently, a function-based standardization framework for the plant engineering domain is developed. The framework can be applied to fulfill the most important success factors identified in the case studies. It helps to improve the interdisciplinary collaboration throughout the whole engineering process of a plant by using mechatronic (information) objects. By providing a function-based modularization strategy for the engineering of plants, the project comprehensive reusability ratio of developed plant artifacts can be improved as well. This paper discusses the advantages of delta-connected winding, and proposes an optimal design methodology on interior permanent magnet (IPM) rotors to minimize the triple-order harmonics, aiming to arouse the awareness of adopting delta connection in PMSMs for higher performance. For many big data problems, with the size of data growing rapidly, the distribution of computing tasks and related data can affect the performance of the computing system greatly. In this paper, a distributed computing framework is presented for high performance computing of All-to-All Comparison Problems. A data distribution strategy is embedded in the framework for reduced storage space and balanced computing load. Experiments are conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of the developed approach. The design is performed using 1.7-kV insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) technology. A model is derived for multi-pulse transformer to take into account its leakage parameters' effect on converter design.
